What a great find this was! We were looking for some Tex-Mex, but tired of the same old stuff. This place is getting A LOT more of my business moving forward. It's affordable and quite delicious!

Traveling with coworkers wanted to try local foods. This place came highly suggested by out hotel staff. Turns out its truly a gem!

Had been craving pupusas when this restaurant popped up on my TikTok feed. We stopped by and were so happy we did. The food was extremely fresh and delicious. Had to bring some home, too!

I’ve been to this locations many times but this is the last time I will return. Placed an order for 3 chicken pupusas, 5 cheese pupusas and a side order of beans and a rice. I didn’t get the rice or beans and when I called to inform them they said it’s their word against mine. I asked for a refund of the charge and they said they wouldn’t do it because it wasn’t fair to the restaurant. Clerk stated if I go back tomorrow they would not give me the food or refund. I asked for them to look at the cameras and they would see that the containers were not in the bag. I never approached them in a rude way but simply to tell them they never packed the rice and beans. And from there she proceeded to have attitude with me. Never will I or my family order from this location.

We placed an order for pickup and ordered 8 pupusas for the family and rice and beans. When my parents got to my house we noticed they didn't pack the rice and beans. We called them and told them there are no rice and beans and they literally argued with my dad. Saying they did pack it. They didn't believe us! We were just calling to inform them of this, we told them we can send a picture, face time, and even told them to check their cameras, but they proceeded to argue with us. We've been there a million times but never going back again after that. So ridiculous to sit there and argue with us over rice and beans not being in the bag. We didn't even call them upset we called them to say they didn't pack it then they got attitude with us, refused to refund it, and said we were lying. Worst customer service I have come across in YEARS

Idk if they changed management/cooks, but I used to eat there every other day and the food was delicious, but as of last week literally everyday the food has been nasty whether I door dash it or pick it up. Even the cabbage is nasty now! And the barbacoa has way too many basil leaves in it now. Idk what’s going on. I’m gonna take a break from them and try the Mexican place across the street. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I recently visited a tacusa place in Arlington, TX, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service was not good at all. The girl who attended me had a bad attitude and simply left the plate on the table without saying anything or showing any courtesy.

Good service makes a big difference, especially in the food industry, and this visit did not meet expectations. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

The food is really good, however if you’re looking for nice friendly service this is “Not Your Place”. The front counter girls are not worth the money we spend. They seem to be upset to be working. No kind greeting, no kindness whatsoever and make you feel like you are being a nuisance for asking for even napkins! Not nice and look like zombies w no life or a sense of urgency for the Poor owner who doesn’t know who are destroying his/her business. Maybe if they had nicer greeters I would recommend to my family and friends. I feel uncomfortable bringing my Mother due to the front dismissive service. Especially when napkins are behind the counter and you have to ask them for napkins. No napkins on table by the way!

I love Tacusa Tacos and Pupusas! No matter if I get the number two, a taco plate or the breakfast tacos in the morning, they never fail me. I definitely recommend Tacusa, they are reasonably priced and orders are made fresh! Win win, don’t forget to grab your topping like fresh pickled carrots, peppers and onions or salsa. Enjoy!
