It was 2 weeks before an event when the breakfast taco provider backed out because we might have to delay due to rain. I reached out for recommendations and Taqueria Saltillo was mentioned many times. Event was delayed a month and Taqueria Saltillo was still able to provide. Moved from Los Angeles, and searched for years trying different restaurants for that authentic Mexican food. Absolutely love this place, still growing its business but you can't beat the food here.

It's inside a gas station. I didn't care. First time I've ever tasted Birria tacos. We also got fajita nachos. Food was delicious! Nice ladies behind the counter too.
