Texas Coffee School

Loved, loved, loved Texas Coffee School! My sister-in-law and I found them through a Facebook ad and we played around with the idea of going for about a year. We've been wanting to open a coffee trailer but just weren't sure how to do it...or more importantly, WHY we should do it! But this past year we decided to jump in - and TCS helps you jump into the deep end without feeling like you're drowning.

This is the WHOLE package. Megan, Dayna, and Darcy could talk to you about anything and everything when it comes to coffee and the workings of the business. When I tell you this class covers everything from A to Z, I'm not kidding. Every question you could think of is addressed throughout this course.

We're still in our beginning stages, but we're excited to start and feel confident that we have all the tools we need, and resources, to not only start but succeed. I cannot say thank you enough to the team - one of the best experiences I've ever had!

Texas Coffee School was everything I needed and more. I came into the master class with a little knowledge about how to make espresso at home but left knowing everything from the parts of the coffee bean and how it’s grown to negotiating rental spaces, identifying my concept, writing a five year business plan, customer service, and EVERYTHING about espresso, teas, and energy drinks in between. They gave me all the information I need to be successful and I have established a relationship with them to help navigate problems if and when they arise. They have done their research, tested products, and accumulated the data to back up everything they teach and pass it on to their students with passion about the coffee industry. Their love of all things coffee is contagious and the amount of information in the timeframe they teach it is unmatched to anything I have found elsewhere. I am currently in the planning stages of opening a business and very excited about sharing the skills and knowledge they provided with my corner of the world. This class was well worth the investment and I am so thankful for the opportunity to meet them all and learn from their individual years of experience. and extensive research.

This is one of the single most exceptional learning experiences I have ever had. The organization of the 3 days. The expertise of the instructors. The level of detail is beyond comprehension. The roadmap for success given that has been meticulously researched. The approachability of the teachers and their ability to convey years of experience in an entertaining and palatable way is just mind blowing. This $3000 course is worth $20,000 in consulting fees and hundreds of thousands of dollars saved in learning the hard way. There are not enough superlatives to describe this school and their institutions and instructors.

Honestly as I am sitting here writing this I’m just leaving the Texas Coffee School feeling like I got way more than a purchased. The 3 - day Business Coffee Class was a true masterclass delivered by world class instruction. The amount of knowledge and hands on instruction was out of the world. The experience was great! The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant and upbeat. Their passion for the industry was undeniable and bled over onto us students in such a positive way. They passed on great knowledge and tools to help towards starting a coffee business, all the while making it such an enjoyable, fun experience! 10/10 recommend!

Worth every penny! The packet alone is worth its weight in gold, but the helpful instruction makes the course the best decision one could make if wanting to be a coffeeshop!

What's not to love about Texas Coffee School?! The ladies leading the class are deeply knowledgeable when it comes to coffee, bringing education to a fun light hearted level so it doesn't feel like work but a fun experience! We learned so much in the 2 day class and truly feel like we got our moneys worth. From the thorough packets, freedom to ask questions, practice time at the machines and hands on learning, this class is clearly made with deep intention and connection by the owner and employees. Such a great and information class with plenty of hands on training. The instructors were amazing and answered any and all questions thoroughly and in a way that made sense to everyone. Extremely confident note about how to run an espresso machine, operations, and how to train employees. I’d give them 10 stars if it were available!

I absolutely loved getting to work with Dana Darcy and Meaghan this weekend! They were incredible teachers making things fun and understanding at the same time. I learned so much, was given practical application, not only head knowledge but time to practice the skills I was taught. They let me ask all the questions I had and never made me feel like my questions were dumb. Thank you team so much and I hope to come back!
