Highly recommend! I decided to take their course because I wanted to learn from people who’ve been in this industry for years. I opened my first business (not coffee related) in 2018 and while going through their operations portion of the class, it reminded me of the struggles and lessons I learned the hard way. I literally sat in class wishing I was equipped with this knowledge before I started my business.
