This use to be a staple for us when we came to Arlington. My gosh it’s fallen off… when we approached the cashier to order, he stood there and closed his eyes. He closed his eyes for 1 minute ignoring us. He finally opened his eyes and stared at us and then said, “What can I get for y’all?” In the middle of ordering, he did it again!
The tea was terrible (wasted money), there were no sodas, as the machine wasn’t working. 1/3 of the tables had trash on them. Food was lukewarm, but fine. There’s better breakfast options in Arlington.

The food here is fabulous but give yourself time! It took us 55 minutes to receive our food. Definitely took way too much time. Bathrooms had no toilet paper so I think they were maybe just behind? Or maybe it’s every

Overpriced bland food. Orange juice tastes like it is out of a can. Do not get anything with gravy, it is definitely not made with love.
Not what the reviews piped this place up to be.

Great food, this is the second time I've been. I initially was at the one in fort worth in the stockyards. Both were pretty cool experiences. Simple menus, friendly staff, would go again.
I'd post a picture but I didn't think of it till AFTER I ate my food.. Oops!

We went 25 minutes out of our way for Biscuit Bar because I'd been craving it for awhile. Stopped in around 7pm, 2 hours before closing.
Our order consisted of :
°Monte Cristo biscuit-i asked for extra raspberry preserves. They informed us they were out of raspberry preserves. Then the girl at the counter triumphantly states the monte cristo contains strawberry preserves, so the raspberry didn't matter. (A monte cristo is ham, turkey, french toast, and raspberry preserves). But I didn't argue, and said I'd like extra strawberry preserves then. The French toast was badly charred, and there was not only no turkey on my sandwich, but absolutely NO preserves of any kind. Even though we were charged for extra.
°Pulled pork loaded tots-we requested to substitute sweet potato tots for the regular tater tots. We got regular tots
°Chicken caesar biscuit-the chicken was was dry and gritty
°Hot honey biscuit-this was at least edible.
We contacted the store and the manager refunded our order. We have never had an experience like this with biscuit bar. We were extremely disappointed. We won't be back to this location.

The service was adequate. The food taste good but thrown together. My biscuit was falling apart. I don't know why the food isn't labeled and the cashier has to open every sandwich to see what it is. CONCERNING!!! Also, there isn't any Turkey/Chicken based bacon or sausage. Everyone doesn't eat pork.

Went at 6P yesterday (they don’t close until 10P). My husband asked for sweet tea; the girl taking our order said there wasn’t any made but she would be glad to make some for him. When she went to make some, the Manager told her, “No. it’s too late to make a new batch of tea!” Mind you, it’s 4 hours before closing time.
There were 10 of us - 7/10 orders were incorrect and the 3 that were technically correct - the chicken was burned. When we asked that it be replaced, the waitress came out and said, “This is the way it’s always done. If we make more, it will be the same. You can have something different or a refund.”
This was the 1st - and last - experience for 2 of our party. We were so disappointed because we had told them what a neat, wonderful place it was.
If this is what they serve and how they do business - they won’t have to worry about staying in business. If the team members / Manager had worked for our daughter’s restaurant, they would have been immediately dismissed. And yes, our restaurant-owner daughter and her family were part of our party,
Ridiculously overpriced. Inedible food. Next time our family of 10 eats out, you can bet our $250 will be spent elsewhere!

The worst. Waited on line for like 25 min. Waited to get table cleaned, then waited 30 min for our food only to be told that the kitchen never got the order. So waited another 15 min and we could tell they rushed to make it. Food was mediocre at best. Never visiting any of their establishments again.
