Ordered from south copper Arlington tx, my order was short, called them they would not get my order to me that I had PAID for, would not refund me, , and hung up on me several times, they are the worst store/restaurant and I advise anyone not to use them

Its not listed on the menu but the shakes are roughly 12 oz. Mine was delivered barely cold. Delivery to pickup was about 10 minutes and although it is hot outside it doesn't explain the condition of the shake if it was handled properly.
the fries were cold and greasy
the only redeeming quality of this order was the burger. it was hot, fresh, juicy and well seasoned.

I waited over 20 minutes for someone to appear to take my order.. The manager was at the front counter texting or playing on her phone. Not even a hello. Service sucked. It was on Thursday the August 17th at about 4:45. I sat at the bar top and was easy to see.. That manager needs fired.
Once again this manager disappoints. This is like the third time I have come in while she is working. Once again I choose to seat myself at the bar. She is sitting a few seats away…. No greeting or speaking the whole time I was there. She did pass by at one point and mumbled something about the type of people Drew and Shannon like.. was she referring to me? I went to pay and she was at the register area. She hesitated awkwardly and the host had to end up checking me out.. Never has she addressed any issue with me and I think I may not return to this location. It is obvious that you lack evening customers and often I am the only one in the place. The night crew is amazing, but not the sour attitude manager. I eat here about 4 or 5 times a week. I have heard she has told some workers they should not serve me.. Retaliation for a bad review??? Many places to get good food around here. Seriously thinking about expanding my business.

This is the second time we’ve ordered from Burger Den, both through a delivery service. Excellent burger full of flavor and toppings! I ordered the Spill the Bourbon burger both times and the hubby ordered a mushroom Swiss.Juicy burger patty with sautéed peppers, bourbon sauce, bacon, cheese, tomato, mushrooms and more. Wonderful! I forgot to take pictures both times as I was too busy tearing into the packaging to stuff my face with all of this burger goodness!This is an open your mouth really wide to attempt a full bite kind of burger - the struggle is real! ?The fries are probably better than I would describe, but I don’t really like fries in general so ?♀️Good value for the money and delicious. One day, we’d like to stop by the brick and mortar store to eat!
