A fantastic place there was a young lady that went above and beyond working the register that went above and beyond 2 help me and because of there I will be back and I would highly recommend this place

Normally very good! I guess this was an off day. Wife got her food but then, after about 10 minutes, I had to go back to the counter and ask where my order was. Nothing fancy, just fish and chicken.

They gave me catch fish instead of catfish, I had eatien 1/3 of it when I realized it. So I finished my fries but I was mad because I paid $3-4 more for catfish twice for two meals.

I really like the atmosphere, that's what pushes my review to 4*. Fishing paraphernalia and ocean/lake vibes. Two small patios so you can sit outside if you want. The crowd is laid back and the staff are also chill. There's a bar if you just want to sit and drink a Margarita or have a beer.
The food averages okay to good. (It's not bad, nor is it Michelin Star). Overall a nice local place to have lunch or grab a beer after the work day.

I have always been a fan of The Catch, until today. We decided to stop for food to go, even though we had food at home, because they just call your name when you see the sign, LOL. We placed our order at the restaurant and informed the cashier that it was to go before he even asked. Now we were told a 10 minute wait but I knew better because there were 3 people in front of us. My receipt says 2:34 so that means that the kitchen has my order by 2:35. At 3:05 I decided to inquire because everyone in line before us had clearly been served. I approach the cashier that took our order to inquire how much longer and to my surprise he hands me the order and says he thought it was a call in. Now I am an unforgettable person in a positive wait and have memorable features .He made a mistake and instead of taking ownership of it chose to lie ‼️ I am not saying don’t eat there but when they tell you 10 minutes get in their face at the ten minutes so that you are not delayed as we were for 1 entree meal and appetizer. It is so frustrating that after Covid good customer service has fallen victim for some much now. Arlington Catch location highly disappointed today‼️‼️‼️‼️

Alcohol drinks are great here and worth your money. I got a blue wave drink it was great. I also ordered sweet potato fries. They were delicious. I gave it a two star service due to no server. We were sitting on the porch.

This was my first time coming to this location might be my last. The girl working didn’t acknowledge me when I came in, nor when I walked to the counter, she didn’t greet me or ask me how can I help you, She just stayed on her phone. And she got my order wrong

Is the fish Swai? The food quality is horrible. The hush puppies were rock hard and the fish was disgusting. Like what even is it? Tasted like I was eating a filet wrapped in plastic. The only good things about my food were the fries and tartar sauce.
This was my 3rd trip to The Catch over the course of 4 months and the food has gotten progressively worse. I’m sorry but I will not be returning. Also, what’s up with the cooks wearing hoodies and sunglasses while making our food?

I placed an order at this establishment over a month ago! My order was incorrect with I picked it up. Once I made it to my destination I realized my order was incorrect. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with a manager on duty named Emily. She quickly apologized and stated that she would write in their book for my order to be given to me correctly. I do not live in the area this restaurant is located in. I explained to her the next time I was in the area, I would redeem my meal. I called the restaurant today and was told, in spite of giving the name of the manager I spoke with and explaining the situation that I was not listed in the book and insinuated that I was lying. He then proceeds to ask me for the card number that I purchased my meal with. Seriously… I have well over 8 cards I could have used to place that order. This was told to me by the General Manager. I have been ordering from this establishment for more than two years when in the area and have not ever had a problem. This was absolutely ridiculous. The level of disrespect. You will lose a long time customer over a less than $20 meal. Why would I lie about something so minuscule! I will not be dining here again.
