The customer service here is warm, welcoming and overall outstanding. The whitefish was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I would skip the hushpuppies because they were overcooked.

As a restaurant owner myself I rarely leave reviews but man this place has just continuously seems to come up short. I should have just trusted the reviews, though years ago this food was good. Management is pretty low level and ownership takes no accountability for there mishaps.

Ordered a fish shrimp platter from. I called to ensure that meal is fresh and hot . The young lady that answered the phone says all our food hot. Ok . Manager Toni came to phone says food is fresh but he has no control with Uber driver . I didn’t ask him to take responsibility for driver I asked please don’t send me that old fish and shrimp and fries . I called just to request fresh fried meal . He went on to argue with me he can’t control if it’s hot . I just want fresh fried food Why you arguing with me. You in kitchen making sure food is fresh . I don’t want argue Tony I am in disbelief. I see why your employees are rude they learned it from you.

We came in tonight for the first time in awhile. My husband has a pork allergy. If he eats pork he has a seizure and we just found out tonight that they cook the boudan balls in the same oil as fried okra and all other fried foods. So he's down to 2 things he can eat. Mahi Mahi and steamed veggies. I think the boudan balls should be cooked separate because I'm sure he's not the only one with pork allergies or that doesn't or can't have pork. Just a suggestion.

I really don't leave bad reviews on restaurants because I truly am looking for the good in all but this place was truly horrible!! I came in with my husband and were not greeted at all, the lady taking out order was absolutely rude didn't even bother giving energy. Me and my husband are Hispanic so we love trying Cajun places and I can say I did not feel the atmosphere welcoming at all for us. I could see how the people working greeted all customers and not us, we were truly just disappointed on how everyone acted.

After the Chicago style pizza fiasco in Arlington TX, we found this gem. The white fish meal, environment and service was great. The staff was attentive made us feel welcome. If you find yourself in DFW stop in, you'll enjoy it. One critique was the sweet tea was weak, the only reason for a 4/5 stars

Today was an odd miss. They are generally on point with their Farm Raised Catfish and Shrimp. One piece seemed uncooked. But both pieces seemed as if they sat in the grease until all other items were done. Spoke to server guy bringing food from the kitchen. Tells me it’s “like that because catfish is dark.” 🤦🏿‍♂️ I wasn’t in the mood to go back and forth. So I left. Tossed the fish to dumpster and ate my hush puppies. We all have bad days I guess…

Shrimp are fabulous, the hush puppies are perfect, the sweet potato fries are excellent. If you like tilapia, you might like the white fish. I don’t care for it. This store would probably double its customers and double its profits if they cleaned everything spotless. When the door to the store is so grimy that you don’t even wanna touch it, it’s kind of a turn off to a LOT of people. Manager…make sure your floors, doors, windows, stainless steel and bathrooms are cleaned spotless every single day before you open or after you close. Use vinegar in your mop water to elimate sticky floors.

A fantastic place there was a young lady that went above and beyond working the register that went above and beyond 2 help me and because of there I will be back and I would highly recommend this place
