I love Cheesecake Factory and never usually have any issues. But this one we had a waiter name Jersey she wasn’t very pleasant and she proceeded to steal money she definitely was not given. Girl gave herself a whole tip after she was already tipped. We called and spoke to a manager who claimed they were dealing with it and would refund us. That never happened. No matter the amount she had no right to tip after and the manager should of had a much better follow through with the situation.
Truly decent food and excellent cheese cake I in a Mediterranean atmosphere with friendly wait staff!

The waitress seemed to not be able to handle the amount of tables she had. Took way, too long to order. Then it took forever for my main dish to come out. By the time she brought it I told her to bring a togo box please. We had been there way too long considering it wasn't crowded and we were seated immediately.

Last Friday, I had an order delivered through DoorDash, but the food quality was disappointing. I promptly called the restaurant and spoke with a manager, who advised me to come in for a meal replacement. Today (Monday), I followed her instructions and went to the To-Go station to request the replacement. However, another manager named Jerri refused to honor the replacement due to a policy stating that meals can only be replaced the same day. This policy was never communicated to me on Friday.
Given my work schedule, I can't leave my job just to go to The Cheesecake Factory, which is why I opted for delivery. After work, I had to pick up my children from school and take them to practice, leaving me unavailable to come in the same day.
Jerri suggested I contact DoorDash about the issue, but when I reached out to them, I was informed they couldn’t assist me due to the time frame since the delivery.
Having been a restaurant manager for 12 years, I am thoroughly disappointed by the customer service I experienced. The Cheesecake Factory has long been a family favorite, but after this unfortunate incident, we will not be returning.
Our previous visits were enjoyable, but this experience left us feeling undervalued and dismissed. I sincerely hope the restaurant can improve its customer service in the future.

Ordered a whole cheesecake for my sister’s birthday through their website. The card was charged and money withdrawn. Arrived to pick up the order, to be told that the item was no longer available and they refused to refund or replace the cheesecake for one of equal value. What is the point of ordering and paying online if you are not going to reserve the item being sold. Sadly not a first time occurrence nor the first person this has happened to. The worse part was that not giving the refund resulted in my sister not getting any cheesecake that day.

We usually go there at least 2 or 3 times a month... I personally have been to Cheesecake Factory in 10 different states and it is ALWAYS amazing... Food is very consistent, staff is very friendly and competent and place is really AFFORDABLE! Lol... Great job Cheesecake Factory ppl!...
An update: still love it, however one complaint I'd have is that waiters never clear tables after we finish our meal and there are always side plates, dirty silverware left, empty glasses and even sometimes dinner plates when our dessert arrives. I'd like my table to be cleared completely after the main course and before dessert is served. I often end up doing it myself by placing all dirty, unwanted plates and glassware on a neighboring empty table if possible to force them to take it away.... Otherwise it's going to remain on my table until we're ready to leave.
