First, I should disclose the visit was on a weekend. Second, the desserts were good. I have had good experiences before, so this may have been a one off. The entrees (meatloaf and salmon) were well over-salted. The cheesecake was not on par (but, certainly not subpar). The biggest reason I left with a sour taste was really the waits. Thank you to all the staff who did their best with the given resources.

Went on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate my husband's birthday. We order chicken wings they came out really dark. We told the manager he didn't apologize and said they changed the grease everyday and walked away. No way this grease was changed today we were there at 3pm. Brandon was our server and never came to ask us for refills on our drinks. We will go to the downtown Ft Worth location. We have always had great service there. We will not be coming back to this location again. The management need to be trained under the Ft Worth location.

I must tell you. We enjoyed the experience at Cheesecake and I hosted a graduation party at the Restaurant around Christmas time. All the crew and our waiter and waitresses were very great including the Managers. Will recommend this Restaurant to anyone coming to the Finch and Vidorra that will not call you back. Thank you so much for the great service.

I am extremely disappointed with the consistency and quality of food across your locations. I repeatedly request very soft/wet scrambled eggs, yet they are almost always served overcooked and dry. On more than one occasion, my eggs were ignored entirely until the rest of the meal was finished, causing my food to come out last. A request for softer eggs should not delay service or be treated as an inconvenience.

Additionally, the cinnamon roll pancakes have become wildly inconsistent. They used to be something I proudly recommended to family and friends. However, during the week before Christmas 2025 at the Frisco location, they were barely swirled with cinnamon. I was embarrassed after strongly recommending them to my son, grandson, and his girlfriend. We had to send them back.

What’s most frustrating is being made to feel like a bother when incorrect food is returned. Customers should not be treated as the problem when the kitchen fails to follow clear requests.

Please focus on consistency, proper training, and guest experience. These are basic breakfast items and should be executed correctly every time.

2nd time visiting, definitely will have to wait a little bit before being seated. Our server definitely messed up our orders but he sent his manager over and we eventually got it right.

Food was great. A little over priced but it was my sons 22nd birthday. Our server definitely could have been more attentive since it wasn't very busy. They do give you a free slice of cheesecake of your choice for your birthday after signing up with their app.

The servers are attentive, courteous, and well organized, and the food is consistently fresh and well prepared.

The to-go process is smooth, efficient, and reliable, with orders always accurate and ready in a timely manner. Even when ordering to-go, the food quality remains excellent. The burger I ate was alright. Not my best, love the staff. The food server we had appeared overwhelmed and a little overworked. Service could have been better too. She walked away from the table after only taking orders from 1/3 of the table. She didn’t check to see if everyone else was ready to place an order so she could circle back.

Worst pasta we’ve ever had! Chicken Cajun pasta was a plate of oil. Then after waiting 25 mins for our cheesecake, it came with frozen strawberries!
