McKenzie aka "Kenzie", she truly is a natural when it comes to taking care of her customers. Not only was she attentive, but all her tables as well. It's hard to find an individual that isn't programed and genuinely show sincerity. For that reason alone I will continue to visit this location.

PATRONS BEWARE!!!! If you call a customer service/host at this location with any issues they do not need to provide their name or Employee ID number in reference to the resolution. I asked for her name so when I got there I could provide who I spoke with, she said she wasn't comfortable with providing her first name. I asked for an alternative which they did not have. So when I went to pick up my cheesecake replacement I couldn't tell them who I spoke with on the phone I couldn't provide any information!! I had originally ordered 3 cheesecakes. After we got it home one was not what I ordered. Called Manager (which took 20 min to reach the phone) I asked what their policy was and he stated they didn't "have to" provide their name. Really confusing!! Unhappy with resolution and service. Won't be back!!

Everyone in there appeared to have an attitude. Our server was horrible. He took our bread, which I explained to him I was going to eat it with our meal. It took 15 minutes to get more but was told 9 minutes. He left the menus on our small table. Horrible. There wasn’t a greeting, so we do not know his name. He was a big white male, with a huge belly. Service had gone down hill. The entire staff need a makeover and a recap on customer service!

To sum up my experience, they had horrible wait time, the food tasted spoiled, and the waitress was not attentive. It took about 15 minutes for the waitress to take our order( we did ask for a minute to view the menu, but not a quarter of an hour). The restaurant was not busy, very disappointed by this location.

*FRAUD FROM WAITER, READ WHOLE POST*Food was amazing as always, but the waiter? HORRIBLE! I was very understanding when it came to him taking forever for drinks, for check ins, for food. He never even asked if we wanted cheesecake. (It did not seem busy AT ALL in the restaurant.) Seems like he did not want to be there and was trying to stay away from our table as long as possible so that we would not order anything else. Check time came around, and I paid for everyone's food with my card. He did not give me a pen, and We had two tired children who have been sitting for 2 hours, ready to go home. Luckily I had a colored pencil I brought for the kids, and signed the receipt with a $10 tip, even though he didn't deserve anything for what little service he gave. He was not friendly, did not make us feel welcomed, and honestly we came for the experience and it was ruined from the moment he came to the table. A few moments ago, I reviewed my banking statements and saw that the total for cheese factory was MORE than the total I had wrote in pencil! I was so upset because I definitely remember that day as it was horrible, and I called management and they confirmed that the receipt was written in pen, $15 tip, name scribbled. I was furious of course, concerned that this man took a picture or something of my card or who knows what. The manager told me he will refund my money, but I don't think I will ever be back. Wasn't offered a coupon, discount, ect. Very disappointed, and hope he gets fired because I never ever have experienced this before!

Food is always good and consistent. Eight of us enjoyed a birthday brunch. The food and drinks were wonderful. Our waiter was very nice and friendly. However, was a little green and didn't understand that the plates needed to be removed timely, drink orders or forgotten, soda refills were not remembered and the overall attention was not up to the normal expectations as a regular customer. Again, he was very nice and friendly just either had too many tables or wasn't as attentive as he could have been as we are accustomed to at this food chain. Overall, we received everything we ordered and had a great time. We will always continue to support Cheesecake Factory and understand that things won't be perfect every single time. ❣️Wheelchair accessibility: Yes indeed

I think all Cheesecake Factory resturaunts are over rated. The service here was just ok. The food that I ordered was from their brunch menu was ok. Now I must say though their portions of food is a great amount.
