Love the food!!
I do not like seafood, but I made an exception because it was my son's birthday ??and he wanted some crab leg and shrimp ?? it was a nice please and he got some ice cream on the house?the people we're great

The food was so good, flavorful… my daughter had king crab and it was worth it. The Cajun fries were so yummy and the lemon pepper wings????. The food portions were so big!!!! Will recommend and come back again!

Never again!! I came here to eat with my family & had the worst experience ever. My husband & I ordered the Bering sea sack. Half way through my husband eating his, he noticed there was hair in it. When he asked one of the servers to look at it, he played dumb & asked my husband is that hair though? When it was an obvious long piece of black straight hair. He then said “let me go get your server.” When our server came over to the table he grabbed the plate so he could show it to his manager. He came back & said he would bring him back a fresh sack. When he came back with the fresh sack it was just full of 4 skinny crab legs. Mind you my husband still had crab legs, sausage, & shrimp still in his sack that he didn’t eat. By this point my husband was upset because he not only had hair in his food to begin with, then had to wait for fresh food, for them to only bring him crab legs. ATP he told the server he wanted a refund. At no point in this entire ordeal did the manager come out to apologize, to see what the situation was about, nor properly rectify the issue. Then they had the audacity to bring us our bill with a balance of $18 for his meal. They only deducted $9 from the total of his food. I then intervened & told the server we shouldn’t be paying anything as we had hair in our food that we couldn’t complete. He then said he’ll take the balance off. This will be our last & final time ever patronizing this business. They have unethical business standards & terrible customer service.

I went on July 21st ,2024. I had one bite of the crawfish and got INSTANTLY sick! I informed my waiter about what happened and he defended the crawfish being “fresh” I’ve eaten crawfish every year and have never gotten sick. Two days later and I am barely feeling better. And despite telling the waiter about the spoiled crawfish he still charged full price for the 2 pieces of crawfish we ate, full price for it! I had to leave fast because I didn’t want to throw up in their building so I didn’t ask for a refund but now it’s unbelievable they serve people out of season, dead crawfish.

Came in to retrieve an item , the worker literally grabbed every item off the counter as if someone came in with malicious intent. When the colleague asked a peer for assistance the peer (who previously moved everything swiftly off the counter) didn’t even respond or look our way while in the vicinity. Would not recommend as it definitely felt as if it was racial bias and clearly the individual needs a diversity re-training. Aside from that the service and quality is subpar and isn’t worth the headache especially for people who may look like me. But that’s just my experience with the restaurant maybe it will be different for another crowd.

Came here with a friend on 7/10/24 as a birthday treat and had a good time! I had been craving grilled oysters so I got the Rockefeller style. I should have listened to the server recommendation and opted for the regular chargrilled oysters bc the rockerfeller is a little much. I think it needs less of the ingredients to make it more balanced and not overpower the actual oyster itself. My friend got a pound of mussels and pound of shrimp and I got the lobster tail and snow crab cluster with the extra shazam sauce. Sauce was delicious but spicy! I can handle the spice but if you’re sensitive then I would do a milder option. The lobster tail was lackluster - too small and slightly over cooked. The snow crab cluster was perfect. Because it was my birthday, the server gave us a complimentary bread pudding dessert that was surprisingly delicious. I don’t really like sweets but I enjoyed it!
