The Draft Bar & Grill

Not the friendliest service. Rather abrupt with customers and downright rude to a couple trying to order food at 9:50p. Apparently kitchen closes at 10p.
We ordered 2 drinks. Mine was in a rocks glass filled to the top with ice and mainly soda. Not much alcohol. Wasn’t good so I didn’t order another.
Wife’s was also in a short glass, no ice. Decent strength but only filled about half way.
She also thought it was sub-par so we decided to cash out after that 1st round.
Glad we did as those were two over-priced drinks. I expected $15 or so, not $25.

Fiance and I ate here with family and it was one of the best tasting burgers we've had in a while. Service was nice as well.

Convenient location, but no one takes your order arrived a little after 8pm took a seat close to the bar wanted waited 15 minutes. The guy in the corner on his phone was to busy watching videos to ask if I needed anything. He could see me I'm in line of site but holding a menu waving is not enough.

The Bar Tender JT is awesome. Food was good, and my beautiful wife and I had a great time.

Decided to stay at Holiday Inn to have the convenience of being close to a bar. Cassondra gave great customer service and made my dirty martini perfect! Highly recommend this place!

Cassondra was our bartender and did an amazing job. Service was amazing and very friendly. First time here, and I will definitely be visiting again when I am back in town.

Did not provide room service even though it was offered at check in, food was mediocre, burnt fries. Wanted to eat from the breakfast menu but only offered a $12 buffet option, where the eggs were wet and gross and the pancakes were bland. Service was short and unfriendly.

I have watched everyone who works here walk past me for the last 15 min and not say anything… hello, hi, nothing! There is one table seated with 2 people, on a Friday at 630! I see why now… ?This place better be glad they are connected to hotel, that’s the only business they could possibly get with this type of service!!

We got the rib eye and fish and chips omg I feel this should be a 5 star restaurant! The ribeye was tender and juicy, the fries were flavorful and I am so happy we stopped.

The fish was flaky and battered in a very yummy beer battered crust with the creamyest coleslaw I've ever had and I'm not a coleslaw person and I liked it! If you are in the area you need to try this!

The waitress and bartender were so kind and friendly!! I wish we were staying longer just so I can eat here again!

My daughters entered their room around 1am for the first time. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, along with a used bar of soap, and the bed looked like it had been laid on. They requested another room and were told there were no more. They offered them clean towels and a new bar of soap. Upon check-out, I requested a refund, but was told I could only get 50% since they stayed in the room. They had no choice but to stay in the room that night since there were no others. I also called the main Holiday Inn and was told I could get free points, but even that would void my partial refund and I would need to call the hotel and request the full refund again. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN HOLIDAY INN!!

Everything about this Holiday Inn is great. Location, Clean rooms & comfortable beds, Breakfast, friendly accommodating staff and swimming pool. Lots of choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay again soon.

The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle to the Rangers game and the fact that we were able to check in at 12pm rather than 3pm. However the hotel is very worn down, the restrooms are old, the elevator is dirty and dusty and there was also gum on the walls. The pool was filthy during our stay, unable to use it. I would not recommend.

Everything about this place was good! The food was good, the service was good and I am looking forward to coming back ?
