I have watched everyone who works here walk past me for the last 15 min and not say anything… hello, hi, nothing! There is one table seated with 2 people, on a Friday at 630! I see why now… ?This place better be glad they are connected to hotel, that’s the only business they could possibly get with this type of service!!

We got the rib eye and fish and chips omg I feel this should be a 5 star restaurant! The ribeye was tender and juicy, the fries were flavorful and I am so happy we stopped.The fish was flaky and battered in a very yummy beer battered crust with the creamyest coleslaw I've ever had and I'm not a coleslaw person and I liked it! If you are in the area you need to try this!The waitress and bartender were so kind and friendly!! I wish we were staying longer just so I can eat here again!

My daughters entered their room around 1am for the first time. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, along with a used bar of soap, and the bed looked like it had been laid on. They requested another room and were told there were no more. They offered them clean towels and a new bar of soap. Upon check-out, I requested a refund, but was told I could only get 50% since they stayed in the room. They had no choice but to stay in the room that night since there were no others. I also called the main Holiday Inn and was told I could get free points, but even that would void my partial refund and I would need to call the hotel and request the full refund again. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN HOLIDAY INN!!

Everything about this Holiday Inn is great. Location, Clean rooms & comfortable beds, Breakfast, friendly accommodating staff and swimming pool. Lots of choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay again soon.

The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle to the Rangers game and the fact that we were able to check in at 12pm rather than 3pm. However the hotel is very worn down, the restrooms are old, the elevator is dirty and dusty and there was also gum on the walls. The pool was filthy during our stay, unable to use it. I would not recommend.

I arrive at the hotel and the system is down. I’m told that they can’t check anyone in until the system is back online. I’m waiting for two hours and during this time the manager walks past me at least 10 times. In walks a white man and immediately the manager says let me get you into a room and you can come back down when the system comes back online. I’m in the movie room so I step out and stand behind the white man and I ask the manager why wasn’t I afforded the same option. No reply from the manager. Black people prepare to be treated like a second class citizen here. I will be pursuing this outrageous behavior in the courts.

The worst. Stayed at the hotel because it was an option from Delta and picked this hotel because it had better reviews than others. When we checked in, the front desk lady said they had a connection with a taxi man named, Ralph, who could get us to the airport the next day using our rideshare voucher. We thought, sure why not? It’s free for us anyway. Firstly, Ralph picks us up with a rickity van that needs maintenance and smells like cigarettes. He has a headset on and is talking on the phone the whole ride to the airport and we couldn’t ask him anything. We get to the airport and he says he can’t take what Delta gave us. I called the hotel and the guy in customer service starts yelling at me asking me what he should do? He’s like, just pay and get the airlines to reimburse you. When THEY guaranteed this Ralph’s guy would take our voucher. The worst hotel experience and it’s so dirty.
Restaurant attached to Holiday Inn. Only ate bfast there (part of room package) so cant comment on cost. Bfast is heated buffet food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, etc).
