Love the Grease Monkey. Great service, delicious food, and an amazing ambiance. Haven't ever made it there for a live music event, but seems like it'd be perfect for it. A favorite are the fried pickles and their bacon burger!
Good burger but could be better. I noticed they pre cook a bunch of burgers and set to the side. Then reheat when ordered. My burger was not juicy. Lots of other precooked uncovered food just below grill for reheating as well. I love handmade onion rings. These are good but need higher heat or longer cook time. They come out a little pale, not golden or as crispy as they could be. One of the cooks was snacking on ritz crackers that she keeps nearby. Not a good look as the grill...
I love this place. It’s conveniently located downtown with spacious parking and a nice outdoor sitting area. They have affordable lunch special which keep me coming. Their burgers are delicious and I love they give you the option to add cheese without any extra cost. Definitely recommend getting their cheese fries with ranch. If you are in Arlington for a Game or an errand I recommend you stop a try it out.
