This place is a COMPLETE ripoff! The food is nothing close to what is described on the menu (see picture). They gpt my order wrong and acted like I was the problem. When I asked them about the crap burger they gave me which was just a super thin burger, on a bun with a pickle (It was supposed to be a Shop Burger) the general manager showed no remorse, offered no explanation, just said "If you like we can make another". If I Like??? I ordered through Uber Eats so thankfully I got my money back. The only thing worse than bad food is WORSE customer service.

Complete and utter rip off. $18 for one hamburger? Where do they do that at? I got a double hamburger in the Patty was so thin it was unbelievable. I've never felt like I've been ripped off more in my life than here.

I've never in my life had a patty melt that WASN'T toasted AT ALL. Not only that, but they used the butt of the bread for my sandwich. To top it off, their chili and cheese for the fries was topped with grease. I always wondered how there are fat vegans... this is how!! Def not worth the money.

I am not plant based, I am vegan. Hearing that some of the sauces and could have dairy and that the buns could have egg or milk was very concerning to hear. This place can not guarantee any gluten free food either. Come here if you are not strict about your diet.

So today I decided to grab a veggie burger so I google up veggie burgers near me and a place called "The Impossible Shop" pops up which I'd never heard of. I look at the menu and of course I like what I see. I look to see that it's 20 mins away from me in the Highlands which I'm very familiar with the area so I take that drive. I get to the highlands and my GPS is telling me I've arrived and I don't see it AT ALL. I'm driving around now for about 20 mins determined to find this place thinking I must be crazy because I haven't seen it yet so I decided to call only to find out that it was INSIDE of Dog Haus... "The Impossible Shop" is what popped up on google so that's what I was looking for. So I get inside and tell the cashier how misleading google was and I proceed to look at the menu inside to order only to find out that what I seen on google is not what I see on the menu so I tell the cashier what I want and she says "That's like a secret menu and you have to have that doordashed to you, we can't give you that in here" so I'm like huh? Lol, you have got to be kidding me. I didn't drive 20 mins only to NOT find this place and drive around another 20 mins only to find out the name of this place is really Dog Haus and I can't even get what I came here to order?? you have got to be kidding me... So the cashier says she'll go and get the manager. He comes out and says yeah I'm sorry we can't make that here you have to order online and have a service deliver it to you. And after not choosing violence because at this point I'm highly irritated.... Enough to leave my very first google review EVER! I did end up ordering because I was hangry at this point but was I upset??? Abso freaking lutely!! That made no damn sense at all. I wasted my time and there's no way I trust the delivery services to deliver my food and if I did I would have never driven my butt up there!!!!!!!!!! The food was decent but they need to get their s*** together bc that was just STUPID!!!

The burger and fries were amazing!! A lot of other vegan places I’ve tried have such tiny burgers but this one was actually enough food to make me full and it tasted so good! The fries were some of the best I’ve ever had, they were perfectly seasoned and tasted so fresh. Will definitely be coming back:)

The food is delicious here! I happened to stumble across this place and I’m so glad. We ordered a cheeseburger, a patty melt, and a side of fries. Great place to get a vegan meal! Even if you are not vegan you should try it at least once.
