As someone who frequents The Melting Pot, this was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had at any location. Cream was so kind, personable, funny, and truly made the entire night special. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything feel effortless.

We splurged on the Lovers package for our 20th anniversary. It was not just one thing that was great. Everything from service, food, the set up and overall experience could not have been better. We were very impressed with Cream, our Server. She was really genuine, entertaining and went above and beyond to ensure we had a very special night. We were not able to do a big to-do for our anniversary, but I truly felt this was better.

For what i paid the portions were very small and the quality was low in my opinion. Looks like they buy there food off a premade kroger charcuterie board and stick it on a plate. Experience was very mid and the waiters were wierd

Crème took the best care of us I have ever seen in a waitress, definitely hyping up the food and telling us what she loves. She was very interactive, helping us celebrate my family opening up a business and my wife having a child. She got us a custom Oreo cheesecake she made her self with care and chocolate covered strawberries as a gift. The sweetest gesture I’ve ever received to celebrate the occasion. I recommend her to anyone who made my first experience perfect.

my husband and i had a wonderful celebratory dinner here, the very best part was the service given by our server, Miss Cream! She was amazing! Aside from her amazing hair and makeup doing the job already, her beautiful smile and energetic personality absolutely made our experience so amazing, and exiting for us!! thank you again Cream!! you were amazing and you make the melting pot worth coming back to!!

Exceptional service from Cream!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Melting Pot, and it was all thanks to our waitress, Cream. She is genuinely kind, lovely, and made us feel so welcome.
Cream went above and beyond with her patience—she gracefully helped us move to a new table and was so understanding when we accidentally stayed past closing time - she handled everything with a smile. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and gave us spot-on recommendations for our food. She is truly wonderful, and we would come back just to have her as our server again. If you visit The Melting Pot in Arlington, I hope you get Cream as your server.

An amazing experience! My partner and I had a phenomenal date night thanks to Cream! She took such good care of us and ensured everything was prepared to perfection, going the extra mile to separate all the gluten free items for my dietary restrictions. Extrordinary flavors and otherworldly taste. The tables are set to give each guest a private space to feel more intimate and relaxed. We will definitely be going back!

Shrinkflation has hit the Melting Pot. My last time was in 2022 and went last night. The food portions have downsized a lot. For the land and sea fondue we literally got 4 small pieces of each. It felt more like a free sample than dinner itself. Won’t be going back.

We are regulars at this location, but tonight’s service was beyond superb. Cream was phenomenal and she made sure our experience was too. She even made a special chocolate fondue with strawberries which she called Strawberries and Cream and it was fantastic.

We were a part of 16 for my aunts graduation. Our server Julia was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She made the experience much better. Now we were there for 4 hours for lunch, which is a long time but with the crowd we had and the amount of food that is served, it was expected. The front desk girl kept making my son balloons to keep him calm, the server kept bringing strawberries and marshmallows for him. The food was delicious and we loved and enjoyed the experience! Would recommend this restaurant and location.
