We have been to Melting Pot so many times. Always for a special occasion. We noticed that the service was not spot on like it has been before. Not sure if it was because they were short staffed or because the server was new. We were not offered cracked pepper for our salads, took a bit of time to get drinks. Sad to see the cheese not made in front of us anymore. Also salad that they do not offer cocktail sauce anymore for the seafood. We will still be back but hope for a better dining experience next time.

Started ok late lunch reservation so it was quiet. First half was ok and waitress was friendly enough but the bread / veggies were dry for the cheese appetizer. Meat was flavorless may be because we chose bouillon to cook our meat but just not enjoyable and the sauces were awful. Then we were served Banana's Foster for dessert. We were looking forward to it but the mixture was lukewarm when we dipped in. We turned the cooktop back on and waited a while for it to heat up. I think the fondue deal is great for kids and families but just not enjoyable to me to cook my food at a restaurant. Just wasn't my day.

The food and atmosphere were great. The best part of the experience was our server, Cream! She made our experience so much fun. It was her first day but you couldn’t tell because she knew exactly what she was doing. Cream is the reason we decided to go ahead and book our office Christmas party later this year. I prefer this location over others. Staff is always nice (especially the manager), service is prompt, food is good quality. Any questions are answered to the best extent. Relaxing place to visit.

So we have been going to the Melting Pot for over 20 years. It's our 16 year anniversary, and we had kind of stopped going over the last couple of years because service (everywhere) took a nose dive after covid. We also used to live in Dallas and moved West recently so we went to the Arlington location for our anniversary for the first time this year. Cream was our server, and we could not believe it was her first night solo. I am sitting here on our anniversary night writing a review because it was honestly the most perfect night we have had at the Melting Pot ever. We had a favorite server in Dallas, who became a dear friend, but Cream gave us the best service we have had by far. Perfect timing, extremely sweet, very observant of when to linger and when not to. We adore her. Hearing her talk about everything, we assumed she had been there forever, so we were shocked when she told us it was her first night out of training. I've been in the industry forever and as a manager I always laughed when someone told me I should "give them a raise." They work for tips! That's the guests job :) We gave her a raise tonight and I bet it is the first of many. She made our special night so much more memorable. Thank you Cream. It was a pleasure to meet you.

First melting pot we visited where the experience was totally ruined and not enjoyable at all. Arlington TX melting pot should probably go out of business and soon. If you are planning to enjoy your dinner without any restrictions probably go somewhere else. We came here and just got the cheese fondue and chocolate fondue for 4 people the check was $159.65 and the server that was supposed to be the manager Julia never came to ask if we wanted more dippers for the cheese fondue or needed more water and when the chocolate fondue came we were told that they had a 3 free extra dipper policy which I have never heard in my life going to the melting pot in different states. The amount of money they are charging shouldn’t come with limitations and restrictions and if they have them they should allow people to tell you what they want. A total of 7 slices of bananas and a few slices of strawberries with 2 pieces of this and that for a fondue for 3 people shouldn’t be enough what are we eating a slice for person? We requested our 3 free extra dippers and took at least 20 minutes to get them by that time we just left the place and left the chocolate fondue there. We were told by Allen that the owner had this restriction to recoup his money for buying the restaurant and that honestly is not the customers problem. Won’t be coming back and probably won’t be going back to any melting pot just in case they are doing the same.

I go to The Melting Pot in every state I visit and I am a regular customer as we go to their locations extremely frequently. I am visiting from out of town to celebrate a birthday and chose this location to eat. The cheese was great as it always is. Here were the problems and why this location has lost my family's business. Server never asked if we were celebrating anything. She never came back to see if we needed anything or refills. When we finally got the chocolate and asked for more dippers we were told the first 3 were free and others would be at a charge. I have never heard of that at any locations and it's not on the menu. Well we didn't even finish the chocolate as our experience was not a good one in general and after hearing that we were done.
