I prefer this location over others. Staff is always nice (especially the manager), service is prompt, food is good quality. Any questions are answered to the best extent. Relaxing place to visit.
So we have been going to the Melting Pot for over 20 years. It's our 16 year anniversary, and we had kind of stopped going over the last couple of years because service (everywhere) took a nose dive after covid. We also used to live in Dallas and moved West recently so we went to the Arlington location for our anniversary for the first time this year. Cream was our server, and we could not believe it was her first night solo. I am sitting here on our anniversary night writing...
The establishment offers exceptional dining and service, with a welcoming staff. I opted for the Lover's Package, which proved to be a worthwhile investment for a romantic evening.
