I placed an order online on google, through seamless. It gave me no issues and even allowed me to place my order. While I was driving to the store I got an email saying my order was canceled. Why? Didn't say. I then proceeded to call the store 2-3 times back to back with no answer of course. I thought maybe they are closed or busy right? No. I got there and there were 2 people ahead of me but other than that nada. I asked the lady at the register why my order was canceled and she didn't have an answer, but then I am assuming the manager (man with glasses) took over and told me that they DON'T use seamless at that location and yada yada yada. It didn't have an issue with letting me place the order and taking my money though but okay. I place my order again through the man I assume is the manager, and I ask if he can make sure the cobbler is warmed up because I wanted to eat it after getting it so that I can go to the park. He ensured me it would be, and I left. Thankfully I wasn't far until I realized that my cobbler was not even a LITTLE warmed up.. so I had to go back inside and ask the lady at the front to warm it up. I wasted about 15 minutes on this whole ordeal when it shouldn't have been hard at all. I worked in all types of customer service and I made sure everything was done right and I just don't understand especially since it wasn't busy at all. Did she cancel my order because she did not want to do her job or do they not use seamless? If they don't use seamless then DONT LET ME HAVE THE OPTION OF USING IT AND THEN PROCEEDING TO TAKE MY MONEY AND CANCELING WHEN I AM ON THE WAY. Strongly suggest you go else where, unless this mess does not happen again. Hopefully management will review this and make changes. I would like answers for sure.
Friendly staff. Banana pudding and cinnamon roll both good. I’ll be back to try others.
I've tried two of out of 12 cobblers.. they were amazing
We visited the Peach Cobbler Factory for my husband’s birthday and had such a fun experience! I got the honey apple cobbler. The service was excellent, and we loved being able to write on the chalk wall—such a unique touch. The desserts were delicious, and the whole vibe made it a memorable celebration. We’ll definitely be back soon!
I was here with my friends monday night 9:45 pm and the guy who worked there he was so nice to us and helpful. We tried a few things they were delicous 😋😋😋 10/10
I'm new in Arlington and this was the first thing me and my son tried and we love it! We came back again the second time and it was much better than the first one this place. I don't know why he has 3.4 Stars, but he deserved to have five stars. Keep up the good work. God will keep blessing you always💜
Good cobbler
We stopped in so I could try their classic cinnamon roll, which was OK, but not my favorite. My husband's favorite dessert is peach cobbler. However, he couldn't bring himself to pay the high price for such a small amount, so he didn't get anything. So, I doubt we'll go back. Nice people running the place, though.
I was reading the comments and I see that this location is not a “fan favorite”. I decided to stop reading the comments and try it for myself. The biggest mistake I ever made. I just ordered a regular Peach Cobbler and it came with ice cream. Cool. The price, I do agree with most of you all in the comments. It’s a bit pricey. Boom. Got my order. Decided to just sit in my car and eat. When I say you are better off going to your local grocery store, buy your own store brought peach cobbler, get you some good vanilla ice cream, you will be alright. I can tell he was warming up all the cobblers in the microwave, because that’s all what I heard. The cobbler was not good at all. It looked like they gave me the burnt pieces. To you all, with the honest comments, I sincerely apologize. I should’ve took the reviews more seriously. I will not recommend this place at all! And for the manager replying back to these comments asking people to send them an email, shame on you for allowing this to keep going. I don’t see this place staying any longer.
For Mother's Day last year, I was delighted with a delicious peach cobbler cinnamon roll that completely exceeded my expectations. This year, I thought it would be wonderful to indulge in that delightful treat once more. However, in the spirit of trying something new, I decided to order the banana pudding shake as well. Unfortunately, both items fell short of my hopes. The shake, instead of delivering the creamy sweetness I anticipated, tasted more like a strange blend of eggnog mixed with Jell-O banana pudding, resulting in a flavor that was quite unappealing. It was a disappointing experience overall, far removed from the joyful flavors I remembered.

So Ghetto and disorganized. I put in an order and a tip and the little girl behind the counter never put my order in. No food, a refund that will take days and a waste of time waiting for 30 minutes for food that never came.
Loved the Cobbler
They are understaff don’t go unless you have nothing to do.
1st visit was 5.10.25, and I was very surprised. We got the banana pudding and peach cobbler. The peach cobbler was my favorite, but for the size , it is overpriced. The banana pudding was decent, but the cookies were too mushy.
Big back certified. This place is dangerously good. If you have weight loss goals, please use in moderation. But do treat yourself!
