I'm not sure why nobody is picking up the phone, but I did an Uber order and they left out the ice cream, which wouldn't be a first time. Why does this happen?Do they not follow a protocol since I scream is supposed to come with it by default?
Me and my boyfriend came here for a new sweet spot but was disappointed. We came to the highlands locations in Arlington. I got the peach cobbler cookie and strawberry churros and he got the strawberry peach cobbler. My cookie was 7/10 it taste like a sugar cookie with peach cobbler on top not bad but could’ve been better. The churros were 5/10 they were okay not authentic tho & the strawberry cobbler w/ ice cream was 0/10 it was BLAND AS HELL , the ice cream was sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and was TASTELESS & the cobbler itself just had strawberry jam mixed in & wasn’t sweet at all. They just need to add some love to it and use better ice cream. Altogether we spent like $25 but wasn’t really worth it

Very very friendly and delicious! I got the strawberry peach cobbler, apple honey cobbler and peanut butter praline brownie. No complaints and the two ladies were very sweet. Very clean.

I went in today for my 1st big back experience. I was met with smiling faces, prompt service, and a great explanation of options. They're doing buy 1 get 1 half off right now...treat ya self.I recommend them. Not overpriced and delicious.

I had an overall great experience! Amy was super helpful, educated about the products, and her overall energy was so fun and welcoming. I did ordered a flight which is a wonderful option when you want to taste multiple items. My favorites were the Honey Apple, the Peach Cobbler, and the Mango Peach Cobler. The banana puddin was not my favorite because the pudding tasted more on the instant side then the homemade side. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for a nice dessert treat!

Over-rated taste and prices. I was torn between the red velvet cookie and the apple cobbler. I chose the cobbler. I had to send it back to be heated...it was room temperature. It was mostly cobbler and barely any apples. Once I asked for pecan topping, it made it a little better. But it's nothing I'll be craving. I'll consider trying the cookie at some point.No photo...it wasn't a photo worthy presentation. It was just cobbler in a cup and a small cup/scoop of ice cream on the side.
Would rate higher but traveled a ways to go there and then waited thirty minutes and they didn't have the shakes. Only one person working on a Saturday early evening. Either hire more staff or close down. Felt sorry for the nice lady working there having to deal with being alone.

The original (og) banana pudding was like a buffet cheap canned pudding with waffer.Sweet potato pecan cobbler was dry and tasted raw at the same time .cinnamon peach praline was good. Would not reorder from here, uber driver stated there was only 1 worker and the delivery took 45 minutes longer.
