Went to pick up order for someone and the manager (Shay) came out screaming and raising her voice and tried to belittle me I really think ownership should do something about her because I’m sure it’s not her 1st time and definitely won’t be her last unless it’s addressed

I give this place a 2 because everything was just average or below. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was alive, but there wasn’t an inviting feel. We were not greeted at the door, only told follow me. Our waitress was professional and efficient but not friendly. The wait time was only slightly longer than expected for what we ordered. My wife ordered chopped steak, I ordered a Texas scramble with chicken fried chicken. When our order came, none of the food had seasoning. We had to add salt to our grits, and eggs. On my Texas scramble I substituted biscuits for toast, the biscuits were good and fluffy. When we got our ticket it was initially wrong, without informing us about this our waitress, just charged the card for much more than we expected. When we inquired, she explained, but she gave every impression of being irritated by having to explain. Overall the experience wasn’t satisfactory and I won’t be returning nor would I recommend. Would definitely suggest driving to the Porch Mansfield, much better food and services.

Arrived shortly after 1p on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered 3 meals and coffee. Everything was disappointing. The portions were small. Most of our food was undercooked. The fries were soggy and unsalted. The coffee was watery. The ranch dressing was actually really good.

Food was good not the best I only tried the breakfast so I can say much for them. But the waitress we had wasn't to great she took to long to come to our table, didn't really explain the wait time, and then she took 10 or 15 minutes to bring my Co worker and me our cards back

1st time here. Not sure I'll return. Average at best. Not bad but nothing special that stands out over any other breakfast spot. Pancakes were thick and fluffy like i wanted but flavor wise just ok. Lacking in flavor in my opinion. Syrup lacking in sweetness. Batter on my fried porkchop wouldn't stay on. The home fries are frozen from a bag not made in house. Scrambled eggs were ok. I got a sausage and gravy biscuit. It was fine but I've had better.

Friendliest staff around. The Porch has a small town cafe feeling. Food is consistently good with fast service and a variety of options. Restaurant itself is clean and easy to find with extra parking and a patio around back.
