Horrible service. I actually liked this place but today they ruined it for me. I ordered tacos, sopes and a torta. I got home and my torta was not in the order. I called and let them know and they pretty much called me a liar and said they did give it to me. I had to drive all the way back and they still didnt admit to not giving it to me. I told them to give me a refund for the torta which they did but they're customer service was horrible. Terrible servicing. Revisen bien sus ordenes porque no lo dan todo

Nice little mom and pop shop. Definitely worth trying once. Food is good but up to preference. Not too expensive food, either. Have a variety of different foods and about two options.When it comes to kids' menu. However, kids could pretty much eat anything.And the menu, depending on what the kids like. Overall pretty good.

During my initial visit to the restaurant, I found the cuisine to be delicious and served in generous portions. The establishment itself maintained a satisfactory level of cleanliness. The only discrepancy noted was that the prices listed were not current, so it would be prudent to anticipate a higher total on your bill than initially expected. Otherwise, the overall experience was excellent.

I am so livid of what I had to experience today while trying to order some food during my lunch hour. I came in about 1:10pm wanting to order the lunch special, I told the guy at the front who was helping me that I wanted the QUESADILLAS with fajita with a small Horchata and he repeated back what I wanted which was the lunch special. It wasn’t until I got to the office and I opened my order and I seen it was incorrect so mind you I’m already upset because now I have to drive back to the restaurant and on my way there I spoke to the guy and I told him my order was incorrect. I get to the restaurant and he repeated it back saying from what he understood is I wanted the lunch special but the lunch special they offer in the restaurant is tacos with rice and beans.
So apparently when you try to order the lunch special in person there’s only ONE option they give vs when do it online, and I even showed the guy off my phone. The lunch special that was offered online reason why I wanted to quesadillas because it was an option.
So I’m thinking the restaurant is going to remake my food because the guy put my order in incorrectly and he’s waiting for me to pay telling me how much the payment is and I tell him okay well how much is the price difference since I already paid for my order? he’s telling me that I have to pay AGAIN for this new order that I want and I’m just confused because why should I have to pay for another order When the first order was put in incorrectly? I even brought the bag back with the food that was untouched so he could see I don’t think that’s fair on my end to have to pay for an order that I already paid for. I’m not gonna eat something that I didn’t order to begin with.
I told him exactly what I wanted and he assumed something different because he had no knowledge of the specials that are offered ONLINE.
So I told him you know what I’ll just call my bank on my way out I threw the food in the trash cause that’s just no way to do business.
Another restaurant would own up to their mistake on their end and remake a person’s food, and not have to charge them for that.
This used to be one of my go to places working here in Arlington, but after today I’m NEVER coming back! I’ll be telling all my co workers about it as well since they come here often as well

The staff was friendly and helpful to explain what was included in your order. Food is made to order, everything was fresh and very delicious. I recommend the tortas, I personally ordered the Hidalgo. Great blend of the meats and veggies. I can’t recommend them enough. Definitely worth the drive

We’ve visited this place twice and the food has been great each time. I have tried their torta, tacos, and burrito lunch special. Oh and their pozole. All were so fresh and authentic. Prices are reasonable. They have chips and salsa you can grab while you wait. Love this place!
