I used to love Torchy’s Tacos, which is why I’ve continued to give this location a chance. However, over the last year I’ve had an issue/error with my order every single time.
Initially, I thought this was because I used a delivery service. I stopped using Uber or Door Dash and started calling ahead or ordering online. The issues persisted. I thought maybe it’s because I make modifications. I don’t enjoy the taste of cilantro so I typically ask for it to be removed.
I stopped making modifications and the issues still continued. I’ve now tried to go in person to order. Still there are issues. Today, I didn’t l receive the correct item I ordered.
I tried calling the store to speak with someone about the issue and the person who answered hung up. It’s a high traffic area. I’m sure losing the business of one person isn’t going to matter and not move the needle for anything to change.
Thanks for the tacos and queso over the years but it’s not worth the annoyance of order issues.
