This is my favorite Tropical Smoothie location! Amber makes the best meals. I look forward to coming here each morning and seeing them work hard to provide excellent service. Tim does an amazing job at making the smoothies and Shanthi does an amazing job with handling customers! I enjoy the friendly and welcoming environment. This is the third time I’ve had a missing item from this Tropical Smoothie location. The last time, an employee said the manager would call me back. He never did.
Today it happened again. I called and spoke with the manager, Jeremy. All I asked for was a refund for the wrap that never arrived. Instead of helping, he blamed DoorDash, even though the driver confirmed the smoothie was the only item left for them. (And for clarity: I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie website, which is powered by DoorDash.)
Jeremy was extremely rude and told me I should stop ordering through the website essentially blaming me for using their own system. When I requested the owner’s contact information, he refused to provide it. Then hung up on me! I am someone who orders from them once a week. I am so disappointed.
If the owner is reading this, please contact me. This location clearly has a serious problem with both order accuracy and basic customer service.

Went to this location for the first time, we usually visit Denton and Prosper. The manager here was fan-freaking-tastic! We told the manager Jeremie while he was taking our order that we usually end up with bland and watery smoothies. Jeremie made our smoothies with extra care and made sure my husband loved his before we took off. Best smoothies we've had! Thank you manager Jeremie for caring!

Not the greatest smoothie, I have had several from other TSC locations, and they were perfectly blended. This one was not, and I had to chew instead of drink. The staff were great, though! Very nice and helpful.
