The Arlington TX location on North Collins is TERRIBLE at curbside pickup!!! I called the number & no one ever answers. I honk my horn. Shouldn't they be on the lookout when a curbside order is placed?! Not good customer service from that aspect.

If I can leave 0 stars I would. This place is ghetto. I called to see if they used meat in they proteins because I don't eat that due to stomach issues. Why the lady on the phone act like she can't hear me then hang up. They ain't answer after. I know it's hard working minimum wage but dang. Why she do me like that? It aint like I was rude. Maybe complicated since I needed her to look and read something. With that attitude I wouldn't be surprised if they disrespectful behinds spit in my food chile. Y'all DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I walked into this location with no greeting. The heavyset African American woman looked right at me; and kept doing what she was tending to. Another person walked in, and she handed them their mobile order. Very unacceptable behavior for an employee. I had a mobile order as well, but cancelled the order and went elsewhere.

No offence to the young lady making the smoothies, she can only work with what she's given, the Jetty Punch was not sweet so I went back in to exchange in response I was asked if I wanted sugar, I thought the point of a smoothie was a healthy option. .
