Always interesting burgers to try here. Atmosphere is quiet enough. Bathroom was in need of a cleaning.

The party melt smashed was very delicious and it was more then enough for me. The thick shakes and the old fashion names of the soft drinks blew me away. The barrels of assorted pickles were also a bonus as well. I will definitely return here again and recommend it to others.

Horrible experience. My wife's hamburger was bloody raw. When she took it back she was rudely informed she should have asked for well done and all of their burgers were cooked medium well. When blood from the meat is soaking into the bun that is not medium well. They dumped her plate (burger and fries) and made another burger. When they brought the second burger to the table there were no fries and the meat was bloodier than the first one. You would think for 20 bucks you would get a fully cooked burger. We are done with twisted root and will never go back again. This happened to us once before. I have never seen burgers served like this. Everyone knows hamburger meat must be fully cooked,

We had an amazing experience while in town and looking for some dinner before a cowboys game... the establishment was clean and very quick on their food. We had the millionaire burger with a side order of the treat yourself loaded fries. And let's not forget about the unlimited pickle bar that have a 5 flavors to choose from and are all delicious. In the end burgers are a little pricier for just the sandwich(no sides included) but if you take in the quality of the meat isn't too bad. Would stop back for sure and refer to anyone in the area to try at least once. Can't forget to mention instead of table numbers they have celebrity cards which are always a great convo starter. We got jack black which is a hero in my eyes so made the experience even better

I tried this place during my visit to Arlington TX. I had the Vegabond burger, which is the black bean burger, and I liked it. We also had the fried platter which had onion rings, fries, fried pickles, carrots and green beans.
I really liked the concept of the pickle barrels, which is free to take from.
Overall I really liked the food, service and the ambience. But I would mention that they are limited in vegetarian options.
