Tried the mushroom burger, it was very bland. The patty was not seasoned at all. Amd the fried pickles had little to no breading. Very un-impressed for the price. Maybe the other burgers are better, but I dont recommend it. Service was really good , nice atmosphere. Just lacking on the seasoning.

Unique decor and self service pick up of order. Ordered bison burger, but it was thin and greasy- probably not bison and paid extra for bison meat. Fries mushy. Reese's shake was good. Glad to see it was busy.

We are in town for the Regional Destination Imagination Competition so it's insanely busy. The line was waaaaaay out the door. So we ordered at the bar and got great service. Food was delicious! Busser was so nice and helpful when my son dropped his drink. Place is fun, love the food truck and port a potty bathrooms! We live in Louisiana but when we come back we will for sure stop by again.

I'm a bit dissapointed or I was expecting more. We tried 2 different burgers and one was the wagyu beef burger. It was more tender but both beef patties were very bland. Everything was cooked fine and the french fries were the best thing we ate there. The bottom bun was soaked in grease and juices making it difficult to eat without fallign apart on both burgers.

So we tried twisted root burger in Arlington. Always wanted to go. We had the classic burger and fries. Really good food, cool atmosphere. The only thing that I wasn't fond of are the choices of fountain drinks, they are old timey flavors, had the black cherry drink, just kinda tasted like sparkling water. I'm sure maybe others like them, but just not for me. We did love the food, very good.

Food was alright. Has gone downhill in a short time. "Grilled" onions were cold. Wouldn't grill some jalapeños for a burger. Condiment bottles at the tables were caked on the exterior with sauce. More than one had the sauce that used to be in the bottle caked to the inside of the nozzle. I won't venture a guess as to whether the caked nozzle sauce was pre-wash or post. The floor was like walking on adhesive. The manager seemed more interested in frivolous conversations with the staff and laptop metrics than cleanliness. Poor quality overall.
