The service was great, but the food was overpriced and not that great. My smoked salmon was a roll that they baked on foil and didn’t even remove the foil. Never had a baked roll and it was weird. It overcooked the salmon; all around weird. The rice was like 3 bites and the hibachi was supposed to be 12 oz of meat and it was more like 6oz. Way over priced and very underwhelming.

Great food with a great atmosphere. I only knocked a star off because they were out of the first 3 appetizers that we asked for. Also my sushi combo I ordered was chef's choice which would have been fine had the menu said so. I'm hindsight makes sense but I wish the menu had stated so. Fyi my girlfriend's bento box came with so much food, very nice!

We dined in on a Friday night and were rushed from the moment we were seated. I was still eating my meal when we were bombarded with the check. As we were wrapping up conversation, a lady came over and snatched our waters away while verbally insisting that we left. Uncomfortable and displeased with the night’s service, we left. A couple seated across from us were still comfortably eating and weren’t receiving nearly as much aggressiveness or being rushed out. We will never dine here again nor recommend to friends and family.

Close to the worst sushi that I have ever had. We went here since it was close to AT&T center and had an event to get to.When the bartender didn’t know what a sakitini is, that should have been a sign that we were not in a genuine sushi restaurant. The sushi (fish)had no flavor and they made up for that with sauces that were odd colors (pastel green, pastel pink/raspberry, yellow). Tasteless or fishy. Just don’t do it.

We rarely repeat visits to restaurants, but this place is one of only 3 places in DFW my wife and I go back to. Staff is polite, music is great for us older millenials. Food quality and pricing is right where it should be.

Went out with my son on Friday night to Umi. We were really pleased with everything. Shout out to the chef - everything was delicious. Miso soup was so good - very flavorful! Service was great, too!

I've been eating here for over a decade. All the way back to when they first opened under the name of Suzushi. I'm glad to see that all these years later their quality is still as stellar as ever. Great food at a great price!

We come here often. Love everything, today I had the edamame, avocado roll, and miso soup with a thai tea. My husband had spicy miso soup. Great service.

The food here is pretty good! My friend and I came here on a Friday night, and it wasn't too busy. There are sooooo many sushi options on the menu, which can be a little overwhelming. There are also other dishes like fried rice and noodle dishes, if you don't want sushi. We shared the fried calamari appetizer and 3 rolls. After perusing the menu, we decided on the sexy roll, crunchy salmon roll, and princess roll. My favorite was the crunchy salmon roll but that's because I like deep fried rolls haha.

Revisiting a restaurant we tested in 2016. Tonight we had the Ahi Tower - typically the dish we start off with. We dined on Kamikaze roll and Firecracker roll. The presentation was done well. The two rolls we selected were visually difficult to determine which was which. They did taste different. The staff was very nice and area was clean. We will keep it on our list. See you in 7 years.

Friend and I were craving sushi and this was nearby. The service was nice; I forgot the server's name but she was very friendly and attentive. Ordered a couple of rolls and appetizers for our meal. The food was delicious and looking forward to coming back here again.
