Uncle Bub's Smokehouse

We hired Uncle Bub’s to cater our wedding in September. We cannot begin to describe to you how amazing the staff was from the planning process, to the set up on the day of, and to the friendliness and helpfulness from the staff on our special day. The food was great and we had multiple guests express how much they enjoyed the food. During the planning process their attention to detail was unmatched and they touched on the smallest of details that I had not even thought of. They truly work hard to ensure that everything is flawless and to help ease your stress during an already stressful time. The staff went above and beyond their duties on the day of and were helping with more than just the food. They truly made the day so special for us and I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend them for any of your catering needs!

We had an early Thanksgiving feast to celebrate one of our employees because that is his favorite meal. The food was great and Kristin was amazing to work with.

Uncle Bub’s did our wedding catering and were one of our favorite vendors. Everyone was so helpful and responses were so fast. They plated over 100 people in under 15 minutes and everyone has commented that they loved the food. They even helped with setting up!!

We used Uncle Bubs catering for our August 2024 wedding and couldn't have been happier with our choice! Not only is their food delicious and our guests raved about how cool it was to have BBQ at a wedding, but their staff was also so attentive to our needs throughout the wedding planning process. They have BBQ Nachos here, Southern Naxhis, and Texas Brates. Many nice tables with a good ecoration.

Nice little place situated inside Six Flags. I little bit on the expensive side but the food was good.

Place is great for a good bratwurst or Bacon cheader ranch fries, I came for spring break for a couple days this past week or so and the people running the food stand are fast and experienced. As soon I ordered the food it took 20 seconds to come out , The only complaint is I wish they had lids for their soft drinks.

Expensive and not worth it...
