My wait was over 5 minutes and not to mention the young lady was standing in front of me since I was not in her station she didn't even bother to get the girl that was working the station that I was sitting in so that was disappointment there the food was breakfast food how can you mess up breakfast food

The ser charge for take out on top of gratuity is kinda ridiculous. But hey what do I know? All I can say is order on line it's so much cheaper. Food was good, but the waffles always seem to taste a but different.
The manager was speaking to the employees very disrespectful in front of all the customers he should have spoken with them in private

We were greeted the moment we walked in. Only had to wait a few minutes for a table. Took our order quickly and food was served fast and tasted good. Husband loves this place so I took him for a breakfast birthday. Fun fact- the head waitress reads the Harvard review and is quite knowledgeable about smart business practices. She deserves a raise!
I love waffle house and this is my first time coming to this waffle house where the food came out all over the place. Raw sunny side ups. Forgotten waffle and drinks and syrup. Both peoples food not brought at the same time. I know the guy Justin was trying his best. I don’t want to be hard but sadly this was my worst Waffle House experience ever because of the food. I’ve been coming to Waffle House for 28 years. Even my waffle that was late, and it wasn’t even a full waffle. (See picture) It was like a stop sign. I rarely leave bad reviews because I know people can have their days. The extra staff just standing around not helping with one server having 5+ tables def adds to the stress but being here for so long to not get the right orders sucked. Will give it another try at another location. Good luck Justin.

There was a server there named Justin, and he made my WH experience by far THE BEST I've ever had!He actually spent time getting to know us as customers, which made me personally feel valued.Not to mention, the food was amazing!Thank you, Justin for making mine and my family's night!–The girl who was there when your mom found her headphone in her shirt!
