Wendy's offers great food, with the chili being a popular choice, especially on colder days. The customer service is exceptional, with employees like Issac providing amazing service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff works well together, and the location is an improvement over the East Chase PKWY branch. While the onions used in meals can be a point of contention, the friendly and helpful attitude of the team more than makes up for it. Overall, Wendy's offers a pleasant dining experience.
