I got one of their bacon, egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast but instead got a bacon, egg, cheese and 4 pieces of what appears to be a thick white plastic bag from something. After finding the first one in my mouth, I tore the sandwich apart and found 3 more pieces that were in the biscuit itself. I doubt very seriously that they got into the biscuit mix by accident before they were cooked because the edges of the pieces were shaggy, meaning they that someone took their finger and purposely stuck it into the plastic (bags edge) till each piece was pulled off. You don't get pieces like that if you open the bag with a sharp edged knife or scissors. How gross. I wish I could add a picture to show everybody. Maybe that's why my order took so long to get because they had to add those in and it took longer to cook..??? I just thought it was because I was first to get there in the morning and they hadn't got ready yet to start the day. Plus the potato wedges tasted like they were cooked in old grease. It'll be a long while before I think about going back there. Sad.

Hello you guys customer service is not good tonight I only asked for two medium drinks of strawberry lemonade with added strawberry syrup and was told by a young female Latina with curly black hair that she was not going to do it in a nasty tone very mean service indeed

🗑 01/16/24 @7:43pm. Young Hispanic girl working the drive thru is beyond impaired/intoxicated. Answers work phone screaming explicit profanity at customer. Worker exhibits obvious disorderly conduct, disgruntled, and definitely concerning. 🚮
Check for intentionally added mystery items on your food 🤢🤮. Whoa

It is 01/09/2025 8:37 am. The lady at the drive thru wants to pretend they're closed. She answers the intercom at the drive thru with hello welcome to Wendy's and nothing afterward. I placed my order, and got no response, so I pulled up to the window. I've been sitting here for 5 min and the lights are off.

Told me I didn’t order anything because it wasn’t in the system despite me showing my mobile receipt. Can’t even dispute the charge with them because Wendy’s doesn’t have a live chat or after hours person to talk to. Fun.

Pulled up to eat in the lobby at 7:45 and they had the lobby closed and young lady with glasses told us to go too the drive thru because they was closed but yet she was allowing either her family or friends walk in and sit down and eat but closed it to the public? Unprofessional

I asked for a cripsy chicken 5 dollar biggie bag, in all large. But they didnt have larges so i said medium was fine. However when i got the “meal” there was no sandwhich only fries and nuggets. The sandwhich was the whole point of me getting the food.

This is a Wendy's location that I have rarely frequented. Unlike most of the others where I have eaten this service here was very slow. There was only one couple in front of me and it took probably 10 minutes for me to be able to place my very simple order.

I ordered through the app. They forgot the fries. Also, I ordered a sour cream and chieves baked potato w/ cheese, it didn't have the sour cream and no cheese, just chieve flakes, also it felt like it was in the warmer all day. Had to use some of my husband's chili and hot sauce, just to eat it. When we got there, we thought it was closed. Now I see why they didn't have much buisness. Based on my experience and reading others' experiences, this place needs to step up their game before they lose too many customers that keep the place in buisness and the reason why the employees have a paycheck. No customers, no business, no paycheck. Too many places are losing their business because too many employees aren't making their customers happy.
