I normally love their Chilli, but today it exceeded all my expectations. The flavor was on point and the meat very tender and flavorful.

Service and communication. Just not good. Gave us fried onions w/ salad that expired 2 months before. Dressing said to refrigerate, but was actually warm! We ordered no hot food! So it was hot for how long? Just bad. Wendy's you could do better.

I was the only car in the drive through picking up my mobile order and I sat there for 10 min AFTER driving 10 min to come pick it up. Kid on window never spoke a word I was the one initiating everything. Then they gave me the wrong burger so I had to reverse back to the window. I genuinely can’t tell if the incompetence is intentional or if they’re just really bad at such an easy job. it’s Wendy’s guys cmon.

Asked for cheese and my nunber 2 I ass charged for it they didn’t put the cheese on my breakfast sandwich tried callling it’s saying the number is disconnected very disappointing when you get charged for something you didn’t receive

The manager in duty 05/03/25 at around 4pm.. I didn’t catch her name nor do I really care to; you know who she is. Big burly woman. I spoke very clearly she either didn’t understand or wasn’t listening. Was visibly annoyed at my presence as if ordering food made her upset lol. She got the order wrong of course. So I had to come back in. Still ordered more.. she slammed my food on the counter. Very unpleasant individual.

Why would you serve your mediocre food cold it just makes no sense. Someone that takes a risk and comes to the drive-thru and gets some cold nuggets. Just close it.

The manager couldn’t compensate me for my deliver order being wrong. They decided to send a single instead of a double and absolutely NO BACON. As if half of a 2 large fries wasn’t disappointing and disrespectful enough. I paiD EXTRA for it to be delivered and they couldn’t make the burger right or even give me all my fries.

Yea go ahead and fire all the staff! They are rude and remade my burger twice and STILL didn’t get it right! I’ll travel across town before I go there again
Food was COLD & OLD! Not fresh at all, tasted stale! They also had busted BBQ sauces in my bag so there was BBQ sauce all over my food! Tried to call them to tell the manager but the staff members kept on hanging up the phone, disconnecting on purpose! Lazy ass night shift workers!

I got one of their bacon, egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast but instead got a bacon, egg, cheese and 4 pieces of what appears to be a thick white plastic bag from something. After finding the first one in my mouth, I tore the sandwich apart and found 3 more pieces that were in the biscuit itself. I doubt very seriously that they got into the biscuit mix by accident before they were cooked because the edges of the pieces were shaggy, meaning they that someone took their finger and purposely stuck it into the plastic (bags edge) till each piece was pulled off. You don't get pieces like that if you open the bag with a sharp edged knife or scissors. How gross. I wish I could add a picture to show everybody. Maybe that's why my order took so long to get because they had to add those in and it took longer to cook..??? I just thought it was because I was first to get there in the morning and they hadn't got ready yet to start the day. Plus the potato wedges tasted like they were cooked in old grease. It'll be a long while before I think about going back there. Sad.

Hello you guys customer service is not good tonight I only asked for two medium drinks of strawberry lemonade with added strawberry syrup and was told by a young female Latina with curly black hair that she was not going to do it in a nasty tone very mean service indeed

Worker exhibits obvious disorderly conduct, disgruntled, and definitely concerning. 🚮 Check for intentionally added mystery items on your food 🤢🤮. Whoa
