Ordered pickup and was told we had to go inside while in the drive thru...the drive through we couldn't exit so we had to wait through the line and passed the window anyway. After all that, we get inside and they've given our order away. So we have to wait. One of our burgers was not only wrong but HAD A GLOVE PIECE IN IT. So yeah. Probably choose a different location.

this place is terrible. the customer service is absolutely trash, they don’t greet you or get your order right. i went during my lunch to get a medium dr pepper and a four count spicy nuggets with sauce. waited almost 15 mins just to end up with a tea and regular nuggets with no sauce. absolutely ridiculous how they can get such an easy order wrong. never coming again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in at 1am and ordered at the window. They gave me an ice cold burger and fries and had the audacity to give me fresh nuggets. I will never in my life eat Wendy’s again. I should’ve asked for my money back but I was too pissed to confront them. I will be disputing the charge as I did not eat the food. I left it in your parking lot for you.

I'll be ordering from the location on Collins from now on. This location needs new management. I moved here a few months ago and was excited to have a Wendy's right across the highway- but I have ordered several times now and have yet to receive a correct order. Mostly they do NOT seem to be able to read the basics of an order- I cannot eat the spicy chicken due to health issues, yet they seem to always give me spicy chicken regardless of me ordering classic chicken. I have had them argue with me and refuse to replace it even with the receipt as proof of my order and me showing them (in person) that the sandwich was made with spicy chicken. They also regularly leave out dipping sauces, provide the wrong drinks, and often send out cold food. The staff doesn't seem to care at all and when I finally asked to see a manager I was told they were "too busy" to speak to me. Pathetic.

drive thru online order. I only ordered large fries and frosty. why were the fries cold, meaning it was not warm at all and goes limp after it has turned cold, kind of fries. this crew tonight has got to do better. Too late to go back, drive a long distance and I was getting a quick bite before going back home.
