Very bad service at the drive tru

There were only 2 people working and the drive thru was closed. The machines in the front to place an order didn't work and had to ask one of the workers if they would take my order since he was just standing around not assisting.
Everything is good here. I’ll probably get some chili later today.

they need to learn how to work a line, everybody shouldn’t wait on 1 person who has a big order. just no customer service sense. and nobody cares.

Placed order on kiosk, no tap to pay, chip doesn't work. Enter card 5 times to get it to swipe. Waiting 15 minutes and nothing is said. Go up to front and they start my order. Fries are greasy. Ive watched 4 people come and go because the credit card machine isn't working and they aren't taking orders at the front.
Used the drive thru....food was Great but it took a long time to get our food. It seemed as tho our food wasn't prepared until we paid at the window. Then we had to sit and wait for it to be made. This was after waiting for the car ahead of us to do the same thing. Waiting in line 15 minutes after placing order. NO THANKS.

Every time you go to this location it’s some foolery! The food is never hot/fresh. Either that or you’re getting the wrong food! Just spoke to “Emily” she was no help at all. Only thing she could say is, “What you want me to do about it?” I’m sick of Wendy’s bs. Customer service is always nasty. No matter how much you say please and thank! The nerve for yall to be giving out horrible customer service when people are paying their hard earned money!

The only reason I didn’t rate the food at 5 stars is because fast food doesn’t rate that high for me due to unhealthy ingredients. In my opinion, the best any fast food chain can do is 3 stars so this is a maxed out review. Where the food lacks in quality compared to a restaurant like Papadeux, it needs to make up for it in customer service, and cleanliness. This Wendy’s checks those boxes and their food is about as good as fast food can be. Good store to eat at when everything else is closed.

Big order. The girls up there gave me soft drinks without ice and they tasted old. Not coming here anymore and it was beginning to be a habit. I learned my lesson.
Slow.. placed a carry out order, went inside to pick up.. stood at the counter for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge me.

great customer service from the gentleman at the window
Is it just me or has Wendy’s become the most lackluster of the burger chains I’ve been at in a long time. Idk if it’s the franchise owners just not caring enough or if it’s the company itself providing poor quality support. From the service taking forever and doing shady tricks to improve its TAT metrics, to the unclean stores and poor conditions of the condiment and drink counter, to the food just being generally underwhelming….. it’s been kind of at the bottom of my list and the only thing keeping me going to them has been their strategic locations.
