Hood Wendy's. Horribly maintained, bathroom paper towel dispenser taped shut, oversized waste basket bag, understaffed employee standing still. No customers tells ya all you need to know. This franchise owner is the worst I've ever seen. We went to the one over on cooper... much better

The drive thru was quick and my order was accurate
The $1.00 breakfast sandwiches are great. Biscuits are soft. You can get sausage or bacon with egg and cheese. The same type of breakfast sandwich at Whataburger is $4.75 & McDonald's about $3.00. If you haven't tried it what can you lose, $1. Wendy's did the breakfast right this go around. Glad they parted ways with the toast. Two 👍 up!

My kiddos and I eat at this location regularly and for the past few months we've not had good experiences so we stopped going. We decided to go tonight(8-16-25) and unfortunately nothing has changed, we was still met with rudeness, and attitude acting like we interrupted them at work when pulled up to their drive thru, as you can see in the picture they put old chicken on my salad. On another note We have food allergies so I have to watch how I order, each time we've gone i make sure to tell them what not to put on our food and yet every time we still had to get back in line because they made 1 or 2 items wrong. It's like this location and the one on South Cooper near sublett road are competing to see who can be the rudest, and can give the worse food, I guess we'll have to try another location. I just don't get why these kind of people get in the service industry who either have no idea how to provide service and what's even worse they don't care smh.

There was a long line in the drive thru, but it went by quickly. I had no idea that one meal, one extra sandwich, and a frosty would be 27 dollars. I asked for a brownie batter frosty but they gave me a cookies and cream. I asked for a large cup of ice on the side, but they gave me a small. Food was subpar, even by Wendy’s standards. I’ll just go to McDonalds next time.
