They need a new CEO, they need to clean house and redo EVERYTHING because the food they serve LITERALLY isn't edible or is contaminated with mold, hair, nails!? THE SHEER VOLUME of these complaints.
Once, I went to a Wendy's in Bedford and the cashier was strung out on dope/tweaking or something? Our food was horrible and it took 40+ minutes in the drive through as the ONLY CAR.

I went mainly for the new SpongeBob Krabby Patty!! Food is great love it ! Tastes freaking delicious. I EXPECTED the SpongeBob box which was the ONLY reason why I went! So freaking disappointed, so upset, killed my whole vibe. They couldn’t even explain why they didn’t have the box. Just gave me freaking stickers. Don’t do a special if it’s not gonna be the whole package!!
