I wish u could give 0 stars i walk in and its at least 8 workers behind the counter nobody spoke to me half of them mean mug me i had to check to make sure I wasn’t invisible. It was only one car in the drive thru and im the only person at the front counter this place needs better management and not just this place most fast food restaurants period

2 managers and 1 worker cannot figure out the correctly enter an order with an on line coupon. Now I'm going to get eat tonight. Manger didn't even try to stop me to make it correct work with me on Christmas Eve night. Bad service!

Food is usually pretty good. Sometimes, it's just okay, like it was today. Nothing was really hot, and the chicken was starting to age in its warmer. However, the most annoying problem with this location is how stingy they have become with the condiments. 3 packages of ketchup are not enough for 2 medium combos. Also, for 30 years, I have received 2 BBQs when I ask for some. Now, this location only gives me 1, even when I ask outright for 2.

Drive thru worker extremely rude to the point that I left and drive further to another Wendy’s. Every time I go to this location they are rude and everyone gives different information. Happened 10/17

Yesterday for lunch I ordered a Baconator and it is supposed to have 6 strips of bacon on it. Well I got a 1/2 strip and about a 1/4 strip. Sure is NOT a Baconator !! Seriously???!!!
Breakfast is always good everthing except the maple chicken and french toast sticks depending on who cooking that morning it may have sauce on it or french toast be dipped correctly? One cook on point and other one stinks? But its still better than most. The staff is always friendly
So back in 2021 I went inside for a salad which had mold on it and got a refund. Not only that but the restaurant was unclean. The manager could care less when I told her the counter by the register was greasy. Flash forward to 2024 I think ok let's try it again. Maybe new management cleaned it up. MY BAD!! It's just as bad as before and the food is not good. It's obvious they don't throw out food that has sat all day. Not to mention their drink sizes are smaller than average sizes anywhere else. I'm done with Wendy's.
