Lady who was working the register and taking the order on the speaker. I was there around 5 pm . Jan 29 th RUDEST LADY I HAVE EVER MET. I NEVER leave bad reviews . I literally made sure to leave this one. Negative stars if I could. Someone could already be having a bad day. DONT DO CUSTOMER SERVICE . If you have a bad attitude !!!!!
I placed my order, but when I received it, I looked inside and one of the people was smoking inside the establishment.

I have eaten Wendy's all my life and I'm over 50. I have also lived in 7 different states and this location is the absolute worse of any location I have ever been. My advice is for the ower to just shut it down.

Service absolutely sucks. I ordered a taco salad on the screen and was waiting 20 minutes. I specifically said what I ordered and every employee was confused and didn't know what the heck they were doing. I got tired of waiting and walked out. Ridiculous

A good Wendy's location. The burgers and fries were delicious.
The Tenders are delicious and so far at all the locations I've been to...they are made fresh to order which makes them even better. They were well seasoned, not rubbery..basically the Tenders were Tendering..lol! The fries were hot and fresh as well. The service was polite, friendly and patient. For the meal the price was well worth it.

Owner needs to fire everyone and start over. Maybe the owner should consider dining at a Chick-fil-A to see how employees should conduct themselves. The service is bad, the food is cold and the employees have a bad attitude.

The management at this store has no idea what they are doing and treats their employees poorly, wonder why their ratings are so bad that's why. Food is terrible and everyone needs some training. I'm calling corporate, in my opinion this place needs to be shut down.

Ordering on the app is useless. I ordered online and got there 5 minutes later and still had to wait 15 more minutes. I saw other people drive up, order, and leave before me
6 13 25 930 pm Driver thru ordered plain cheese burger and med drink . Drove up to window 2 paid . Mind you I was the only car in drive thru. I was ask to wait in front and my order will be brought out to me. As I waited 2 car drove up order and left with there orders . Then another car drove up parked an went in and placed an order. He then got his order and left. I then walk in 3 girls were talking to the right of the counter buy the deep . One ask if I want to place an order I stated that I have been waiting out by the for my order. When the cash year walk out . I stated to her that I was out side waiting. She then turned around took an order and filled drink cups. I once again. Got her attention l stated that I would like my money back . She walked up to the counter and asked if I would like extra food instead. I stated no I would like a refund. She went to the register and got the refund put on the counter and walked away. I then said I would like for the Med drank that was given to me when I payed. A bag with a plain cheeseburger and fries were placed on the counter. I was then told by another employee don't worry about it.
So I left.
