Nothing about this visit was impressive. They got the order correct. Cold fries and the large container wasn't even full. When I got back to my office my co-worker who lives in the area said they short everyone on the fries. So, I'll probably drive a little further for a better Whataburger.

the food is always great, however every single time the wait time is ridiculous. At any time of day the amount to get your order is ridiculous. I was in the drive through for 45 minutes , there were three cars in front of me, two of them were parked after praying waiting on their order and nobody was moving. I only have a one hour lunch, so I got out of line and went to Taco Bell next door, got my food and left in less than five minutes. Please do not waste your time with their slow service and look for either another place to eat or a different Whataburger.

I dont like their food. I like their milkshakes but the milkshake machine was down. Tried it again they got the orders mixed up. Put the sandwich with wrong side. So incompetent one would think if you are spending 26 plus dollars they could read what item goes with what side. I'm not going back ever again
This is the 2nd Whataburger that I have witnessed employees grabbing hash-browns with their blue gloves instead of tongs. Mind you they have been wearing these same blue latex glovers their entire shift! Order#2068386

My friends and I come here to get some food and chat later in the night. We always have a good time. Be careful around the nighttime because we had a not good experience with a creeper outside the store watching us. Not sure if the staff was aware but thats always concerning.
