Ordered a double with cheese,mustard,ketchup extra pickles and onions with a large fry. Received it with extra ketchup,no mustard and soggy bread and then to top it off my large fries were cold and were barely filled half way. To the point I didn't even take a single bite. Literally still have the whole meal in the trash smh very disappointed.

We are from out of state, and this is our second time having it. The first time was in Amarillo, TX, and it was terrible. Fast forward to yesterday, 15yrs. Later.we went through the drive thru. We we got home we opened our food that didn't smell awful. The fries were almost perfect, a tad bit too much salt but cooked soft but crunchy. The burgers looked delightfully. The taste was pretty good, a tad too of mustard. Overall, I would say it's much better than McD., the crown place. By CA. standards, it ranks right up with In-N-Out.

I'm not sure why mobile ordering exists. I could order hours ahead and still end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes for a family order of 5.

Well, my experience was horrible the young Spanish girl took my money and tried to lie about it . I had to call the police out in order to get my money back. The young so called Manager needs to be retrained on how to conduct himself as well as how to speak to a customer. And as for me coming back I would Never. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this fast food chain on Cooper. Never in my 55 years have I ever had to deal with anything like it you've been warned. The workers are thieves and need to be paided more than $10-$12 hr

Every Whataburger in Arlington sucks. Waited 30 mins for uber eats order and watched a lady just standing around not working and one person on grill. lady was in the lobby just messing around. never excepting orders from this store again
