Alyssa argued with me for 10 minutes over a simple food request. I personally watched her dump an excessive amount of salt (an entire container) onto a fresh batch of fries and then serve them to me. When I returned and politely asked for fries that were not overly salty, she gave me fries with no salt at all, and the portion was half full.
I returned a third time only to ask that this be resolved properly by providing fresh fries with regular seasoning, nothing special or excessive. At that point, Alyssa began yelling at me, accusing me of wasting food, despite the fact that she herself had thrown away a full batch of fries that she had overly salted.
Her behavior escalated further as she cussed at me, enforced clear double standards, and continued yelling in front of other customers, which was humiliating and completely unacceptable. Her conduct was hostile, disrespectful, and far below the standards expected of a manager.
I strongly encourage corporate to review the security camera footage, as it will clearly show Alyssa’s unprofessional behavior and how the situation was handled. I hope to be contacted regarding this incident, as no customer should be treated this way.

I ordered these from the DoorDash app. When I went to pick up my order, I asked about my order. A black woman went to check on my order, but she came back and didn't tell me anything. I waited there for 45 minutes, but they still didn't tell me anything about the order. Then I canceled my order and came back. Does it take 45 minutes to make two burgers ,fries and 9 wings. I have never seen such poor service in my life. I could have waited there if they were very busy. There were only two or three customers inside. That it is right to do so. I never come back again. I have never given anyone a bad review before. This is my first review because it was so bad because my 4 year old daughter with me .she is crying

I’m honestly disappointed with my recent experience at the Whataburger location in Arlington. I placed a simple order and asked for mayo with no WhataSauce, but instead they added WhataSauce and even keyed in EXTRA WhataSauce. Because of that, I had to drive back to the restaurant and show an employee the mistake. Instead of apologizing or fixing it politely, they acted as if I had done something wrong—even though the order was clearly messed up on their end.
When they agreed to remake the sandwich, I ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes just for it to be redone. Unfortunately, after eating the corrected order, I ended up sick the next day, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.
Overall, this visit was far from the level of service I expect from Whataburger. Between the incorrect order, the attitude from staff, the long wait, and feeling sick afterward, this was a very disappointing experience.
This location needs to take accuracy and customer service seriously. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Whataburger.

Should have waited the 15 minutes add Jack in the Box because don't go at 4:00 in the morning and expect your fries to be fresh hamburger with mediocre cold before I got home and that's only a 7-minute drive.

Josh was working short handed in the drive through and I drove into inactive lane which was an extra burden on Josh but he was great!! Service with a smile! I apologized for going into the wrong lane which lead other customers to go down the wrong path as well. Josh was working very hard with the help he had. Thanks Josh!!

the night shift is sneaky. I ordered a large shake $4.79. It was liquid, not even slightly frozen. I went back to the store. They said that the shake machine was down for maintenance. THEY INTENTIALLY POURED UNFROZEN LIQUID SHAKE MIX INTO A CUP AND SERVED IT TO ME.
