This location is an embarrassment to the name. Service is ridiculously slow and the food quality is the worst in my 32-year tenure as a Texan.

I don’t often come to this Whataburger. But every time I do, I’m disappointed. The drive thru always takes forever, and my order is always messed up. This time, I waited 30 minutes for 2 meals, and they forgot all the sauces I asked for.

My breakfast wasn’t hot at all. The biscuit was falling apart soon as I unwrapped it. My hash browns were warm no where near hot. This is unacceptable. The last 3 times I came my food was almost cold. And to think the drive thru was empty. Think I’m going to just forget about getting my breakfast at 6am

I order online at this whataburger at least twice a week. For the most part the service I get here is excellent and I appreciate it that it’s why I always come back. At 11:06 on Easter I placed a pick up order online. When I arrived at the restaurant it was busy so I didn’t mind waiting for my food. I let the young lady know I had arrived and she let her team know. The young lady I’m guessing left the building for the day because she nvr returned. I waited patiently 20 min for my order before noticing everyone in the lobby had received their orders and left. I approached the front counter once again and told the MOD my order name she didn’t hear me had to repeat myself again. I went back to take a seat. She asked have you got the shakes with no cups in my vicinity. I gesture my hands towards the table as if do you see any…as at this point I’ve been here 25 min I’m getting fustrated. She says well you could’ve took them to the car already…..and I say to her well I don’t so can I get them. I was fine until she went to make the shakes and proceeded to talk bad about me to an employee while she made my shakes…..I just canceled my order definitely don’t trust or want to eat the food after that….and honestly it makes me not want to use this location. Crazy part is i was telling one of the guys waiting before everything happened that the lady was a good manager…not now

Went here after finishing little rookies program at ICE at the parks to use a coupon they gave the boys for finishing that same day. Unfortunately, the coupon had a date that was old even though we just got it today. I noticed it when we walked in and pointed it out, assuming they would be familiar with it and hoping they would honor it, but nope, not happening here . In any case, that's probably expecting too much, I know, so we just decided to order anyway. My real complaint is they couldn't even get a simple order right. Forgot the chocolate milk, which we didn't realize till we already drove off. It's just annoying. There was like one other person inside. They are not busy. Too far away to drive back. Just remember to check your order before you leave.

Service is extremely slow no matter the time of day and if you order on the app you’ll guaranteed almost never get what you want. Always out of something or a machine is broken. Unreasonably slow service and not getting what you order on multiple occasions? Y’all gotta fix something…

It's a Whataburger, great fast food in general. It is cooked to order, so not fast, and that's ok. Mostly get breakfast there, which is good but they have consistency issues. Sometimes the portions are good, others they skimp. Sometimes the bacon is crispy, others it is undercooked/limpy. Condiments are not counted per order, often need to correct them.

I waited 16 minutes in the drive through. I was blocked in front and behind so I couldn't leave. When I got to the window they asked me to move up. I said no. I waited at the window and the staff were rude and slow as molasses.

All I can say is " HORRIBLE " costumer service if you can even call it that. Got a number 1whataburger that did not have cheese like my wife always orders and of course there was no cheese when we received the order. My wife goes to get her burger corrected and the manager on duty tried to hand her a cold piece of cheese to put on the burger herself instead of making it right and remaking it.
