I wish I could give zero stars, everyone should be fired or at the very least retrained. every time I order here through drive through or on Uber eats they mess up my order.

This Whataburger has the worst service imaginable nobody wants to work here the employees are lazy and get the order wrong most of the time I have never been so unsatisfied with a Whataburger but this one makes you never want to ever visit another

The restaurant is always clean, even the restrooms. The crew here always seems to be on top of it. The staff is super friendly and can tell it’s run efficiently.

Place my order online, sat in line 20 or 30 minutes to get the order. Then the order was completely wrong. It seems that they don't even pay attention to the order. I asked for no onions, extra pickles. The burger has extra onions and normal pickles. So I go back to another 20 minutes line. Call the manager, she hangs up before verifying my order. I call back,
they just let it ring until the system
disconnected. I called a third time to verify the order. Then when I FINALLY get to the window I'm getting nasty looks from staff. Seems like they blamed me for wanting my order to be accurate. It's not my fault they did a poor job.

Don’t stop here, cashier was sleep when I arrived had to keep saying hello then it took 47 minutes to get my food, close it down! It’s a franchise which means the standards are very low for a whataburger!

Whataburger needs help!
It is seriously ridiculous the amount of time we have to wait for our food at these places. I waited in line for 10 minutes and did not get my food. So I left....
When I was 16 I worked at a fast food place.
There was a rule in place and it was a limit of 3 minutes per car of wait time.
Owner, if you are reading this, please do something about it. Otherwise, shut it down. All you do is piss people off.
