The sandwich I received had hair all over it. I drove back to the store to inform the manager and she didn’t really care. I was told over the phone “that’s hard to believe because there isn’t any women working on the food.” I walk in and there is women everywhere. I leave and see everyone laughing and gathering in a circle to see the sandwich. This was unacceptable,unprofessional and very unsanitary!

The Hispanic female manager was a total witch. I guess they hire anyone off the street. She came out to the and handed me the customer's food from curb #1 when I was in curb #2. I looked at it and told her it wasn't mine. She didn't apologize, but she attempted to blame us for being in the wrong spot when we were in the correct spot ???. Then, when that failed, she said that her screen displayed it backwards. ????. And on top of that, she forgot my drink. She didn't have an excuse for that one. She then told me to drive around. Why should I drive around when it is not my fault and she didn't apologize. Oh wait, she did make an excuse. She said that she's short staffed . I told her that I'm going to wait right where I was. Her being short staff should not create 3 mistakes in a row. I waited another 9 mins for my drink he came back and gave me my drink with a huge attitude.Parking: What's the point of curb side pickup when they demand that you go threw the drive threw.

I ordered a patty melt at the front counter, while I was grabbing my drink not even 30 seconds later I was served with this sad looking sandwich. Only 1 slice of cheese, no grilled onions, patties have clearly been sitting out for a while and were well below lukewarm, as exhibited by the unmelted single slice of cheese. This is an absolutely pathetic excuse for a burger. Compliments to the chef, if your goal was to create an inedible piece of garbage that represents the shell of what Whataburger used to be then you absolutely nailed it.

It's whataburger but staff made my night slash morning. Super tired justed wanted a burger and some hot hot fries the MOD made it happen. Clean lobby clean bathroom. Great place. I remember when at 2 am this lobby was packed with people.

Everyone was polite. I sat and waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru for one sausage biscuit, a biscuit and gravy and hash browns. Got home with no hash browns. When I'm paying $2 for 4 tiny pieces it would be nice to recieve them.
