The drive thru is like playing Russian roulette with your food. Who knows if they will get your order correctly and who knows how long the line will take.
Today I ordered a burger with No Onions and I can clearly taste that they just scrapped them off.

What an excellent restaurant! I always receive great customer service when at this location. They food is amazing and prepared in a very timely manner. Its evident that management has set expectations for the employees. Looking for fast, accurate, friendly service...this is the place to go.
The manager is helpful and even got me to think out of the box and try something new. Which I thoughly enjoyed. Thank you Keith for your assistance and patience, it was greatly appreciated!

I have to find my receipt so I can call and commend the cashier. She suggested a new shake and even allowed me a sample. She handled me like we were old friends. Great energy! 🎉

Came here late yesterday around 6 pm. Fries where not edible they where old and just not pleasant to eat.. The burger didnt tast good at all and I kept getting really over season spots...or maybe it was bad meat. Either way I got food poisoning and spent the night barfing...I dont eat whataburger much since they sold out. They never cook there fries right anymore and always seem old no matter which one I go to and the quality of meat you can just tell os horrible when eating it and its all of them not just this one l but after the food poisoning. I will never eat there again.. it just finished off my decision...

I’ve been here many times and it’s never something seriously wrong with my order but tonight was different I guess. Ordered patty melt and a 3 tender combo. Patty melt was good but as soon as I open the chicken strip box I see 1 tender. How do you forget to put all the tenders in there… just insane the people they hire to make our orders. How can you forget the main part of the meal?

Always love the Whataburger food, but doesn’t come without waiting 20-30 minutes in the drive thru. It’s gotten extremely ridiculous.
