Been going here for a couple years. Everything has been fine but these last few times the red head girl at the register is very rude. No hello, no thank you, nothing. just not friendly and shouldnt be in customer service. i picked up my order just now and she just tosses it on the counter and is silent. shes also sitting on the counter where food is packed up. thats gross and unsanitary. wing bucket needs to fire her.

For the size of the wings and the flavor of them, the value is phenomenal. I had a great experience making it to go order. They made it fresh for me. The 10 piece with 2 sides. The wings were so big and fed my 2 daughters, son and myself. I’m definitely returning here.
The food was very good but Lexie, the girl that was at the front was on her phone and did not greet us when we walked in or when we walked up. Not once did she smile. She cut me off as I was about to ask if we had to place the order before asking the code for the rr.If she’s gonna be in front of the establishment she should be trained in customer service..

Placed an order at 6:53, received a text confirming my order and pick up time for 7:08. Arrived at 7:10 just because I know those times aren’t exact.While I was waiting to let the cashier know I had a pick up order a group of 5 was placing an order and asking every question because they weren’t familiar with the restaurant.I asked the cashier after they had placed their orders how long would mine take, she asked the cook and said 5 minutes.I’m barely walking out with my order at 7:45 and the group that was in front of me who placed the order as I walked in all received their orders before mine.What’s the point of an online order if it took me longer than if I would’ve just ordered as I walked in.No music and no TVs were on so the sound was just the groups normal conversation and the beeps of the kitchen. I’m assuming they were short staffed and not upset at the cooks becoming engulfed in the situation I’m upset because it seemed that no one had any control of anything.Adding insult to injury my food was not hot, was warm at best.Why did I pay money for subpar food and service.Would not recommend.

2 days ago myself and my children went here to eat. Upon placing our order I noticed that one particular person was really weird and giving off strange vibes but we were so we decided to sit down and eat anyways. WRONG MOVE!! The skin on the chicken was chewy and rubbery! I ordered a Texas swamp margarita for myself and a none alcoholic slushie beverage for my son .. when we woke up the next our throats were COMPLETELY CLOSED! Stomachs were beyond upset! So I say ok “this is cross contamination or food poisoning , or our drinks were spit in to say the least!” .. ( i use to work as a waitress and I was fired because I exposed another waitress for spitting and tampering with people’s food) so I know these things happen and will more than most likely get swept under the rug when someone speaks up about it! I usually watch the waiters and cooks while my food and drinks are being prepared but on this day I didn’t because I was just hot and tired. WRONG MOVE AGAIN! I contacted the store and was givin the run around by the weird girl and I emailed the manager and her only concern was us returning the food back in order to get a refund. I even said I’ll settle for a order remake if im able to watch them prepare the food and drinks PROPERLY !! But still nothing .. so yea don’t eat here unless you want tonsillitis or strep throat because their unsanitary and racist who spit in African American people’s food and drinks you will be exposed to cross contamination and being served out of dirty dishes and cups when you eat here !!

This place legitimately has some of the best fries I’ve ever had. But the pricing is a bit steep. Expect to spend $20 for a single meal.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch while we were out running errands. I opted for a “Caesar salad“ and literally what I got was lettuce and croutons. Not anywhere near a Caesar salad. But this is a wrong place so the people I was with had those… here was their opinion.
Wings: they were great! Fried pickles: little burnt and salty Fries: the kid liked them Chicken nuggets: no thanks Mac n Cheese: good Creamed Corn: awesome!
The fan in the women’s bathroom was broken and soooo loud it was ridiculous! But at least the bathroom was clean ?♀️
I guess since I got some lettuce I won’t starve, but I sure won’t be back here ?
