Order online 8:30pm. i came 9pm to pick up and they said my order is not ready. i have to wait another 30 mins and they gave me a wrong order again. bad service ever. i think they steal my order to their employees and when show up they make another one. it happened twice to me this location

The staff here is extremely rude! Management needs to really take a look at who is representing them. There’s 1 girl specifically who is the worst, she wears clear glasses and from reading some of the reviews on here it has to be the same girl I’m talking about. My first and last time there! I would rather drive a little further and give my money to a different location.

I had a great experience at Wingstop! The wings were flavorful and cooked just right—crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I especially loved the Louisiana Rub, and my daughter is a Lemon Pepper fan.— This location does not overcook the wings so the are tasty. The fries were seasoned well and had that perfect balance of sweet and salty. The 20 for 20 was just the deal we needed today.

Let me preface this by saying that I have been coming to this Wingstop location for 7 years, since before they had their own building. I’m not sure what happened in the last year, but the quality and customer service at this restaurant has really gone down hill. One of the most disappointing things is their decision to change their fry supplier. Now rather than them being fresh cut fries, they are now basic, run of the mill frozen French fries that taste like they are from the grocery store. I went up there yesterday for the last time at 8:40, 20 minutes after my order because it was supposed to be done between 13-18 minutes after I ordered. When I arrived my name was on the 3rd page of orders. I was greeted with a sarcastic employee when I asked how long I needed to wait she responded 30-45 minutes. When I asked her why the wait was so much longer than the email that was sent, her response was because the app doesn’t know we’re backed up… what? Why even give a time estimate if it’s going to be off by 30-45 minutes? So because I now have to wait in the store I am subjected to the music that they play inside and for this to be a family restaurant it’s entirely too explicit. This is Wingstop, not a club. Wingstop has always been my choice of wing places, but I will never be coming back to this location.

I ordered 6 boneless wings for lunch, I work 5 mins away. My wings was over cooked and I could only eat 2 wings out of 6. I’m not very happy with this location

First time here, ordered on the app and everything was ready when we arrived. Got home, and all the food was still warm and delicious. We got two for $2 tenders, and a 8 piece boneless wings combo, and they ended up giving us 10! Light seasoning was perfect, and it was nice being able to grab our own ketchups to match our dipping needs. Will definitely be back!
