Food is good, however my order was made wrong and instead of just making it right the lady who said she's mgr. decided to ask me a million questions as to why my order was wrong.....simply fixing it would of been the thing to do, instead she told me "Well you're wasting our chicken" basically!! In those words!! Well my time was wasted waiting on what I asked for a second time!!! I always go to this location, but definitely my last!! The way the attitude and how she proceeded to go back and continue to talk shit about it to the other employees was definitely uncalled for!!! Y'all made the mistake not me!!! Fix it and move on your waste your fault!!!

Google says they close at 12. I place an online order at 11, get there at 11:15, get my drinks and take them out to the car. I go back to get my food at 11:25 and the doors are locked. There’s multiple people standing outside trying to get the orders they placed (the employees are looking at us through the window the whole time) and then they FINALLY unlock the door at 11:40 and start asking people what the name on their order is.

This place used to be good, but it’s gone downhill. A few weeks ago, I waited nearly an hour for my food, only to get it cold. When I asked for a refund, the staff had an attitude. Gave it another chance tonight on a slower night—still waited longer than the estimated time, and the food was cold and dry. They even gave me just two whole boneless wings, with the rest being tiny crumbs. Disappointing.

It was very busy when we went, but the food tasted great. I had a split order of Parmesan Garlic and Original Hot. I had carrots and celery sticks instead of fries.

Ordered online and got there at the time of pickup. Was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. Ended up waiting 40 minutes. I know it gets busy, but it’s ridiculous to wait an hour from the time of order to receive the food.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THE STAFF DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR FOOD SAFETY. Arrived at Restaurant to pick up order for my Uber Eats Customer. Advised staff about pickup they hand me two cups and say you have to make the customer drinks. I was shocked because other Wing Stop I've picked up have customers orders ready and sealed for safety. I refused to make customer drinks and told staff they should make the drinks and sealed them. Staff was VERY RUDE and because I complained to manager Susan they refused to give me my customers orders as a result I lost money. But this is ok! What should be know is we live in dangerous times and for the safety of customers this restaurant and ALL WING STOPS should prepare and seal all online, Door Dash and Uber Eats orders just for the safety of the customers. People spend too money on their food and for someone to NOT care like this store you're should be cautious about ordering from them. I have filed a complaint with Wing Stop CEO, and Uber Eats because I Care and I'm RESPONSIBLE They even threatened to call the police on me WHY because you should make the drinks and seal them. People BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.

I ordered my wings through DoorDash and came to this location to pick it up . The lady that told me to go to the table where the deliveries were at was very rude . On top of that. The wings were very small and had no flavor…

I just want to say this is the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from a fast food place. My dad is very grumpy so after he ordered I apologized to the cashier she was very nice, I’m not sure if it was a cook or a manager but he came out made sure it’s how my dad would like it and later on saw me drop my lid to my cup picked it up and gave me a new lid. Best service ever they were going above and beyond

This is by far the worst Wingstop in Arlington! Where to begin…. Multiple times they’ve messed up my order so make sure you check your food before you leave. Marvin and his crew are terrible! They don’t care about customer service at all. They get my order wrong and offer 10% off my next order. Ridiculous people running this location. They think it’s all a joke! Save your time and go to a different location. Worse Wingstop experience I’ve had!
