This is the absolute worst Wingstop lmao it’s not even a joke. You can order your food 30-40 mins prior get to pick it up and it’s still not ready. I hate this place so much I don’t even know why I randomly picked yo order food here. Go to any other Wingstop if you can

I will just say wingstop has to make some changes at this location. My wife ordered wings for our dinner and let’s just say we didn’t get wings from here. I understand being busy and having a wait time but it’s still a way to do it. Terrible experience I hope they can make some changes for the better.

This wingstop location 😂 I order a delivery order through their website, my husband got off at 10:45pm an hour and a half after I ordered, due to them not answering we understood they could have been busy but don’t pick up the phone then hang up on your CUSTOMERS!!! I asked my husband to go up there and check on the order and they were ignoring him at first until he spoke louder. They hadn’t even started our order yet so we went ahead and asked for a refund! The staff was young so I expected the incompetence with customer service but at this level is just bad for business. This is the second time we have had an issue with them .
Ordered well done voodoo fries got soggy cold cheese fries, no mango hab, when we took back our dry wings they just threw Louisiana seasoning on top of old cold wings

My mom waited almost an hour for semi warm food. The container of ranch was not closed properly so some spilt out. Don’t come here, there run by ghetto people who do not care about your time
