Don't know if food is good here. Ordered on Uber eats and never completed order to be delivered. Tried to call to get status but no answer, multiple tries.

Just picked up an order. The email sent to me said my order would be ready at 5pm. I got to this location and my order wasn’t ready, 10 minutes later my order was ready. But only to get home and realize that the food is old and cold! This location is truly a hit or miss!! I don’t think I’ll be wasting my money to come here again! I should’ve learned after the mess they had there on Super Bowl Sunday. Wingstop, please do better!🙄

Placed order online at 12pm for 6pm pick up. Food not ready and my son was told it was a two hour wait. Another employee said they hadn’t even made wings for 4pm pick up orders yet. My son came home, and when I tried to call to cancel order (per website’s instruction) they never answered the phone except for once which was to answer and place me back on hold.

Lately this place has been worse than ever I placed an order and they gave me an hour to wait and when I arrived it was not ready I waited 15 minutes and then they told me that something was wrong and they made me wait again total it was 2 hours of waiting and I ordered 3 from home So why do they have online service and if there was less than one star it would be perfect for this location

Ordered 35 minutes prior to pickup. I arrived on time, but had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my food. I'd avoid this location if possible. Or, just order an hour prior to your pickup time.

It was a hot mess in there waited about 35 minutes or longer for my order The girl had the wrong name smh was told 2x order for Lorena the 3 time she got it …. She Did not apologize for the Wait or the wrong name no customer service at all what so ever food was chewy and not good this time always order from here first time this ever happened !! What of my $$ very disappointed!

I ordered cajin boneless and bone in which I knew they would be dry because online, there is no choice to make them wet. I asked the wingstop employee if they could get them wet, and they denied my request asking me to pay for the sauce while saying that if I ordered in person, I would not be charged for the sauce It makes no sense why it is free if you call or in person but not online. I'm disappointed with the service I was provided.
