Placed an order, set the pickup, and then showed up to find out cash only cause the machine is broken. The attitude was unprofessional and rude; constant told they were busy and that is why they didn't notify over the two hours between order was placed and pick up time. To the point, they seem to try and make our fault the machine was broke. Come back with cash and will see to your order. Staff is rude and nasty. I wasn't the only that walked out.
NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
I ordered a 50 piece and a 40 piece with the sides. We were only given 6 tiny containers of ranch ( that I asked for) only three were ranch the rest were blue cheese. I would think with 90 wings we would at least get a large container of ranch. Expensive as hell and they are stingy with dressing???? NEVER AGAIN!!
Do not use the app! I have been coming to this location forever, and never had a problem until tonight. I ordered on the app, and once I got to the store I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Everyone that were after me would get their food while me and another guy were waiting.
