I’ve always loved Wingstop, but this was my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. The fries were tasty, but the wings were noticeably undercooked. The flavors also felt inconsistent compared to other Wingstop locations I’ve tried. Even the typically dry lemon pepper wings came out soaked in sauce, which was unexpected.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative feedback, but the food was disappointing and left me feeling like I wasted my money.

Despite an almost five-star rating, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a single item. The French fries were excessively salty, rendering them inedible. I brought this issue to the attention of the cashier, who offered me a brownie and assured me that they would remake the fries. However, my primary concern is not about receiving a complimentary item or obtaining something free, but rather about ensuring that the food is prepared correctly from the outset.

Super friendly staff and the deal we had for 16boneless + large fries for only $18 was incredible. Plenty of food for 2 people we had left overs. The seasoning & sauces varied greatly on each wing but the breading was good. A little too much sugar and salt added as well. The service was so friendly we will come again!

I've been here many, many times. Great selection of flavors, very tasty and properly cooked wings, with dedicated service. At peak times such as game night there will be a wait just like anywhere else but they do a great job considering their high demand.

Don't remember a time when my order was correct and they be rationing the seasoning on everything even when I said extra!! 😡😭
I ordered and paid for 2- 10 piece boneless wing combos, each come with a fry and drink and sauce. I ordered 5 extra wings. I ordered extra regular ranch and a large ranch. I received a big brown bag with a large ranch leaking all over everything over half of it was covering each box. 4 drinks and no 5 extra wings. Never again will I go to wingstop. You suck.
