Definitely not ordering from this location ever again and I live 2mins from this wingstop. Went in on 10/26/25 and had a pick up order. Grab my food and went home to find out I was missing 10 wings, so I called and they said to come in and they’ll have the rest ready.
When I show up to pick them up the response I get was you need to bring all the food because we don’t know if you actually were missing the food and that way they can make sure they made a mistake. I went was this mention when I called? No. Not only was this an inconvenience for me to go back but at the end of it I’m called a thief… trust me I have no need to steal and con anyone of anything.
This was that short Latino guy. Must have little man syndrome.

Ordered ahead on the app. The employee at the counter checks my bag and realized my order was missing items. Immediately they started working on it and finished in less than five mins. Its fresh and smells so good

Longest wait of all the wingstops nearby. No one is ever at the front instead they are always talking loudly in the back and not responding. Literally watch your food get cold as you wait for someone to come to the front and hand it to you after almost 15 minutes

This is the worse Wingstop I ever go in my life the service is trash messed up all my Oder while the employees was smoking 🍀 outside this don’t make no sense I just end up getting my money back I I will never go back there ❌🙅🏾♂️

Tried a Wingstop chicken sandwich for the first time and got an entirely raw piece of chicken patty inside. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic..!!!
Shorted us at least 10 wings. Email them and the box was full. Tried again and they offered me French fries. It we ordered fries in the order they shorted us. Each basket had like 10 fries. I want my 10 wings back. Dud!
I love the way i was greated when i came in the lady precious she is so awesome she has the best attitude i would recommend anyone coming over here to get some juicy wings.

Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!
10000/10 do NOT recommend !!!!I literally spend $26 for wings to not even get the flavor I asked for and uncooked potato wedges . They offered to remake my food and I said no I want a refund and I was told the manager was initiating it. I never got the refund called corporate and all and still nothing.
