Demasiado lento, 5 empleados para las 8pm en Guaynabo. No lo recomiendo.

Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

10000/10 do NOT recommend !!!!I literally spend $26 for wings to not even get the flavor I asked for and uncooked potato wedges . They offered to remake my food and I said no I want a refund and I was told the manager was initiating it. I never got the refund called corporate and all and still nothing.

Seriously, stay away from this location. I’ve given this store too many chances hoping my bad experiences are just by chance, but sadly I think it’s just very poorly managed. The last couple of times me and a few other people had to wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to come up to the register to take orders. And the times I’ve ordered online they never have it ready at the estimated time. Usually I get there at or even after the estimated time and every single time I’ve had to wait AT LEAST 20 more minutes for my food to arrive, and I only ever order literally one meal. The last straw is today when I placed my order, waited 25 minutes past the est. time, went home, and saw they were missing a whole 8 wings from my 15 pc, so I had to drive back to get it and the employee just laughed and said whoops they left it in the oven. so finally an hour and a half after placing the oder i finally have my full meal. So done with this place never coming back to this one again

Fast, friendly and courteous. They had the door dash order ready as soon as I walked in. Fastest Wingstop in the metroplex!

The place is garbage ordered online expecting my food to be done and yet here I am waiting 20+ minutes after my scheduled time for food. The drink machine was completely fcuked up they weren't giving the drink you pressed and actually instead mixing them somehow? Asked if we could get out drinks atleast and we got "hold on". The place was not cleaned either. All I have to say is this was a horrible experience and it's almost always been this way when I've come but I've had it with this place. It just doesn't change
edit: waited 25+ minutes and when asked where our food was they said "waiting on the fries" why wasn't this said when I had first come in and you had said it would be 7 minutes until it was done. What a horrible experience, don't go to this wingstop if you are wanting your food on time or if you even want the food. Horrible.

Pretty sad had to open my bag and see this inside, places gone downhill fast just like they always do probably won’t be going back here again just go to BBQ chicken off Cooper…
