I’m love this location and this is the only Wingstop I’ll patronize in this area. It’s clean, the food is always good and the manager and team are extremely kind and treat you like family. Jo is doing a phenomenal job! Great management, great team, great food equals happy customers! Thank you!

I had an event today at 530pm....I tried to order online and it wouldnt process my order ....so I called the store and place the order at 2:30pm. I should have known something was going to be wrong when the price the person on the phone quoted mw didnt match i was seeing online....I got to the store at 4:59....I LEFT AT 5:17....Because my order was not ready and he charged me separately for fries on an order of 30 wings. Then the lady tells me I can purchase more fries and wait 2 minutes....I had people already at my house waiting....this was NOT OK. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Just left the restaurant, and my first task was to leave a great review! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and eager to please. The location was spotless, and they were more than happy to accommodate personal requests; well done, extra seasoning, extra wet—the whole shebang! Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Before leaving, I spoke with the general manager to share how wonderful both the food and service were. We dined in, and our meals came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Even before our food arrived, Minerva, the manager-in-training, stopped by to check on us and reassure us our meals were on the way. Once we finished, a gentleman promptly cleared our table with a smile.

From the cooks in the back to the staff bussing tables and greeting guests up front, everyone contributed to a 10/10 experience. Thank you for the outstanding service and delicious food!

Staff were great there was a good young man helping us and a lady as well took care of us even as they were dealing with a rude customer (who kept complaining about little things) but overall great they kept the lobby clean and seemed very nice would definitely recommend the area and coming back

Just left, honestly my favorite location. They’re always so polite, really great mannerisms. There’s a younger guy with kind of curly hair that always speaks and makes sure you’re taken care of when you come in. Also, the younger girl is very sweet too. Should’ve asked for their names, but next time! And big kudos to the store manager for making sure customers are 100% satisfied!

I work down the street and so happy to have a wing stop so close but every time i come in here it’s at least a 20-30 minute wait. The last few orders have been only an order of Voodoo fries and it’s the longest wait and I have had to unfortunately sit and wait my whole 30 minute lunches just for an order of fries. I place it online, still takes 30+ minutes, establishment shouldn’t have been opened if they can’t keep up with simple orders.

This location has the best customer service and quality food. I had an issue with an undelivered order and they assisted me in getting a refund, Joe the GM even gave me a call to apologize and assure me they were handling the situation. I very much appreciate their service even when it was not their fault! If you are in Arlington or Euless this is the best Wingstop around! Thank you to all the staff, I have never had an issue before, goes to show they really care about customers here!
