I will be very careful getting ice cream from here. They overcharged my mom’s card. They said it was 16 but the card showed $20. I don’t recommend this location. South Cooper location is way better and more professional.

I noticed some hygiene issues. There was a hair in the toppings, and I also saw a cockroach coming from under the fruit containers. Please make sure employees cover theirhair and keep the toppings area clean, as customer health is very importan !

Absolutely not. My wife was literally in the middle of preparing her yogurt and went to try some out of the bowl she was preparing to see which one she liked so she could add more and the employee told her she couldn’t taste it because they don’t allow samples. She explained that she was purchasing it just wanted to see which one she liked and the guy said sorry no samples and pointed to the sign. So we politely put down our bowl and left. I understand not wanting people to take a bunch of free stuff but when someone tells you they are going to purchase them there should be a level of understanding. Terrible customer service

DO YOU LIKE TO DRINK YOGURT Pricey but i really like this place but the only thing I don't like is you can't get it home safely in the same way you locked it up. Depending upon how far you have to drive by the time you get home it's pretty much a drink. No longer need a spoon.

The fro-yo and toppings are great. The decor is cute but the tables are always sticky, counter messy with crumbs, and the staff is usually dismissive or unaware of what’s going on. Today I went into the restroom. It was beyond disgusting! The toilet seat was up and the toilet was dripping dirty from the seat cover to the side. The sink had a layer of grossness. And the restroom had a horrible smell. I wanted to throw up. Even the restroom door was sticky and dirty.
