The fro-yo and toppings are great. The decor is cute but the tables are always sticky, counter messy with crumbs, and the staff is usually dismissive or unaware of what’s going on. Today I went into the restroom. It was beyond disgusting! The toilet seat was up and the toilet was dripping dirty from the seat cover to the side. The sink had a layer of grossness. And the restroom had a horrible smell. I wanted to throw up. Even the restroom door was sticky and dirty.

I love Yumilicious! The staff is usually pretty friendly. There's a nice selection of flavors for the frozen yogurt and there's a lot of toppings to choose from. It's a very cool atmosphere to sit in also. You determine your prices, for those who are wondering. You pay by the weight. So don't fill up the cup unless you're like me and just love it lol.

The yogurt was good with alot of topping options. However customer service was HORRIBLE! Nobody even knew we were there. We were able to taste test every flavor serve ourselves and wait 5 minutes at the register before anyone came out. Finally one girl came out with an attitude like my family I were an inconvenience for her. We watched the samething happen with three people behind us. Finally another girl came out of the back and just sat there singing. The chairs tables, floor and counters were covered in dried up yogurt it was absolutely disgusting. The doors and windows had fingerprints all over amd there were flies all over the place. Time to get rid of those two and replace them with employees who care.

I was craving something sweet after a lunch date, so we decided to stop by here. Not realizing their hours of operation, we got there at 1:35pm. As I walked towards the door, I realized they're not open until 2pm. The nice employee opened the door anyways and told us to come in. Thank goodness! The place is super clean and intimate.There are a lot of yogurt flavors to choose from. I'm basic so I got the plain tart. The topping bar was neat. I like how certain toppings are in a container where you can just pour your toppings into your bowl. Much easier and less mess. I got a bunch of fruits (which look pretty fresh), almonds, and some mochi. So refreshing and satisfying! You pay by the weight of your bowl for those who aren't familiar with this set up. Froyo was ok here, in the selections they had working, but the vulgar and offensive music was not. With almost exclusive profanity in a few songs in a row, we mentioned the music to the one employee we saw, and she answered, "I didn't make the playlist"...I mean, really? It's a frozen yogurt place, and she acted like we were at a club complaining about the DJ. Hard to enjoy dessert with your kids when you need to give them ear plugs to avoid having "the talk" tonight!
My girls loved it. It was clean and the cashier was very pleasant. We will definitely be back.
