Zero Degrees - Arlington

Placed my food order for pick up before they open. Earliest time for pick up is 11:15am. Came in at 11am on the dot and the guy knew my mobile pick up. It’s currently 11:15am and order is not ready. That’s the whole point of a mobile pick up especially if you know that the order came in at 10:30am before the store even opened.

Good spot for tea and refreshers
They are sizable too

The drinks have shrunk in size for the set price and the food quality has gone down also, used to be the best wings in the area

Literally the best drinks I have ever had. I dream about the spicy watermelon and let me just start by saying this. The hospitality is amazing! The first time I came in, I came in the morning. The second time I came in, that day, the young lady (Sydney) was still busting her butt. She’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and considering how time consuming the drinks are to make, she’s freaking fast. I can’t believe I went this long without coming in but now I’m coming every day! Keep it up!!!

Just not good for the price. The wings were okay but could’ve been crispier. The fries were stale. The elote was just Cheeto dust. The birria egg rolls were okay but not very flavorful.

I’m so glad this Zero Degrees location is under new management. you can really feel the difference the moment you walk in! The service is friendlier, everything runs smoother, and the vibe is more welcoming than ever.

The biggest surprise? Their new wings line called Lord of the Wings, hands down the BEST wings I’ve had in a long time. The sauces are creative but still balanced, from classic heat to unique blends that keep you wanting more.

It’s clear the new management cares about both quality and customer experience. This place has officially become my go-to spot for lunch.

My last two visits at this location have been nothing short of disappointing. The Birria eggrolls look delicious, however they are super dry .. the consommè couldn’t save them.. And the “crispy” chicken wings and garlic noodles were sooo disappointing, smh if it weren’t for the drinks, I would never visit again…

Just left the store, but I Ordered wings amongst others things (drinks, birds egg rolls, and elote) I even got asked what flavor before I paid. Sat down finished drinks before got my food. They didn’t get the wings. Heard the cook and register going back and forth a bit but the cook asked me what flavor I wanted and said he was gonna make them. So I sat down down waiting for them again I waited almost a hour thinking it’s taking along time I finally got the courage to ask if it was gonna be much longer to be told I’m they weren’t making them because I didn’t pay for them, but I heard the cook tell him to have me pay when they’re done? So I wasted more than a hour for nothing and when I did ask they asked me to pay and wait longer. Horrible experience. Which is unfortunate because I was so excited to try. The drinks were good though.

I ordered birria egg rolls 2 drinks and an elote. Drinks are always good and the birria egg rolls where actually taste although a little consume would help out a lot , but as far as that street corn ! There is no way anybody can eat that. Terrible, save your self the $7 smh

The lady at the counter was great. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Food was great. The drinks.. love love love 💕 even one of my twin boys was eating and drinking a drinking a refresher.. 🤯
