Zero Degrees - Arlington

This is the best place for drinks and food for me. The people who work here are fast, efficient and friendly!! On of my favorites is Sydeny !! She is always on point! If there are any mistakes she’s gonna fix it ASAP but that doesn’t happen often, another reason i love this place! I come here so much it’s it because of her and the people like her at the job. So fun and awsome. Food is amazing!!!

Please please clean your restrooms. It makes no sense to have a staff of 3-4 when there are zero customers, yet your tables are filthy (could use a wipe down) and your bathrooms are worse than a gas stations

Wings are good and crispy. The wait can be long, however, if you order a drink is does come quickly. The seating area is limited with one outdoor table. You can watch it see your drinks being made but the food is prepared in the back. Overall, good food and good beverages.

I went to get one Mango tea with crystal boba few days ago, I asked the cashier for drink with no ice in it and when my order came it was less than half, and I immediately asked him to fill the cup and instantly he and his coworker(one lady) laughed at us, I felt so uncomfortable and also when I asked to fill it up he added some sweetener or what the drink was very very very sweet. I also told him when someone ask you for something please dont laugh at them its very bad customer service. I will never go at this place. Very unprofessional workers!

Okay, I usually don’t like Zero Degrees because the Grand Prairie location was never good after multiple tries but my daughter insisted on giving this location a chance. We got the Mangonada, Strawberry Horchata, Strewberry Limeade, Elotes, and fries. They were all surprisingly delicious! Each drink had a good balance of sweetness to tangy or sour and sweetness which was perfect. I would recommend if you get the Elote, ask them to “easy on the cheese”, other than that it was good.

So the Irving location was better quality/tasting food. This place is disgusting. My daughters ordered from this location through ubereats this past Saturday and the food was not what we were expecting. We didn’t even eat more than a few bites and wasted it. Also what in the world is up with y’all’s fries. Just gross. Not at all the same food that was being served at the Irving location. Same food selection just different sources and cooked different. Literal ICK

I prefer my popcorn chicken a bit more crispy, but theirs was delicious and flavorful.

This is definitely a nice place to grab lunch or dinner.

Great service you guys. I came in Saturday wanting two different smoothies combined the mangonada and the watermelon slush. They typically don't do this but I admire the fact that they went ahead and did it for me and didn't even charge extra... Thanks guys..

Do not do ubereat and don't order their chickens. Spilled sauce all over the box due to poor packaging, and soggy fries due to poor packing. Received undercooked chicken ....eww.But they do have decent drinks.

Stumbled over this looking for a slushie places nearby, and it's the BEST.Recent Visit:Back here again, this time with my friends. Ordered Watermelon slush, Pink Lychee, and Camo Matcha. All of them tastes great, rooted to the originality of the fruit flavor. Thoroughly enjoyed their drinks and hospitality.Visit 1:Ordered a Watermelon Slushie with Honey Boba over here, and by God, it was so fresh and flavorful. Not for once felt a artificial flavor added taste, think they used real fruit extract. They topped the drink with cubes of watermelon. The sweetness was on point. Customer Service was good. Ambience was okay, and the store was packed and well maintained.Overall, on a sunny afternoon, their drink was all I needed.

Took one bite of the chicken and spit it out and had to throw it away. Friend did the same to verify it’s not just me. Tasted chemically and rotten, would definitely make people sick if they ate it. Wasn’t offered a refund but it’s ok just never coming back! ?
