Its a Starbucks they're all the same, well not exactly at 0830. I went in to get a coffee and the systems were down so thats understandable. Then I decided to use the bathroom to find that it looks like they havent been cleaned from the previous day since they were out of paper towels and twhe floors were also dirty. From the looks of the top of the toilet itself this area hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks as dust had collected and enough to be seen as standing to urinate. As for the women's bathroom it was dirty as well and there were no paper towels in here either, Yes I looked. I informed the individual who was at the register about the bathrooms being dirty and not having paper towels and was given a look of its not my problem. I received my coffee and left.
